    Are exercises easier with the slidrrs or more challenging

      Hi, Sorry for the late reply. The short answer is both!
      Slide training with the 6D Sliders is, in general, more natural on the body than other functional training due to the smooth exercising style and most exercises can be performed with progression or regression. And you can even make the exercises more challenging by using a combination of different exercises or by adding weights or bands.
