Wait, I gotta ask just to be sure! Did you say you don't think cardio is good for fat loss? If so, you would just recommend steps, training and dieting only? Just curious because im someone who has to do a ton of cardio to get on stage unfortunately so the thought of no cardio would be amazing lol.
Yes I don’t like cardio personally in fat loss phases I prefer steps - some have to do cardio but a lot can get away without

I can only do scrambled eggs with cheese 😂 the discipline that you and Meg have with food is incredible. Very important! I know you guys keep your clients healthy if they listen to your wisdom. I wish I had this type of discipline. You are completely right about eating and health. I’m battling with illness and this is really making think of going back to eating better. 🙏🏾

How many weeks out are you? I’m coming up on 10 weeks out, 4x45min cardio sessions & 8k steps a day ready for a good little deload and diet break tomorrow after no free meals for 2 weeks! Sitting around 185 fasted this will be my MP debut

Interesting stuff Kuba, I have now decided to be checking in with a an actual nutritionist. Knowing the proper amount of calories can be a task; Adding 400 would be some what alleviating the deficit, the 6000 steps would be about 300 calories a day. This deload may end up being a permanent increase because you may continue to lose weight while making some actual muscular gains ad well as cardiovascular output. Growing into a show can happen, it should happen and naturally, new muscle will need new calories. This is the point where refeeds can be used and you they may actually stop working because the deficit is too great and then you know calories will need to come up
Not quite how it works when getting stage lean bud, this put me at maintenance so needed to get straight back to deficit after
@@KubaSylvesterCielen BUT trick question;How do you know it'a maintenance? You could have been growing into the show, added more muscle on and therefore, even additional 400 calories may be your new deficit. I find out that when I am lean as aI diet and increase calories, I am still getting leaner because I am growing.
@@Joe-xo3xy I would know it’s maintance because my weight is holding, that is your maintenance. You physically cannot add muscle like this when you are at a certain level or everyone would look like Ronnie Coleman and would diet on high calories. Not how it works unfortunately
@@KubaSylvesterCielen fair play then but I do grow whilst dieting and find out that i need to bump things up. I start the dieting phase in good shape to begin with. Anyways, all the best with the prep.
@@Joe-xo3xy if goal is truly getting stage condition - it isn’t sustainable, just getting in shape you sure can do that

Depends do you sleep with a light on or TV on? I always fall asleep with my TV on but I have leds on the back of my tv and put it on a dark red for bed and always fall asleep faster
Just put your head on a pillow til you become tired plain and simple
