- Taking you all along for a full day of eating and training in our new home in Nashville. This is a typical look into my daily life while not traveling for food challenges, and a good example of how I try to stay lean and healthy while being a professional eater.

About Me:
I'm a 5'2 former women's physique bodybuilder on a mission to sample delicious foods from around the world! I tackle restaurant challenges, sample new food menus, and explore the unique eats in various cities. To balance out the calorie intake of weekly food challenges, I continue to pursue my love of fitness through extreme athletic adventures such as ultra-running and biking. I might be wrong but I think a lot of people (myself included when I first started watching these types of uploads), take types of this content for granted.. i.e. just showing up and shoving food down, for most of you I’m sure there’s a lot more behind the scenes that we don’t see, not just the physical but the mental and also not forgetting the travel, editing etc etc…I’m sure the list goes on, hats off to you guys, love you both ❤
Leave the yokes and leave out the toast you’ll still lean out burning fat instead of sugar is ideal

I would absolutely love to see these more regularly in addition to the food challenges. This is going to be so damn refreshing for someone like myself to see you do various workouts that you do.
Much respect to your eating and workout regimen. That is called dedication. No wonder you can eat all that food during eating competitions and stay so frigging fit. This is certainly a job in itself, never mind the production of video content for the channel.

Thanks for this. Really helpful seeing what you do to maintain your (impressive!) physique between food challenges. Probably still ended the day in deficit, but I guess you have to if you’re having days when you’re hitting 10,000-15,000 calories.
Also weirdly helpful for me, as someone with a history of disordered eating, to see you still have enough downtime to engage in the more nerdy pursuits. It’s all about balance 😊

You can't outwork a bad diet. Eventually the metabolism slows down with age, and the pounds come piling on. The key here is: not that old yet.
Actually, as I’ve aged I’ve gone the opposite way. Though I was always slim to “normal” , as I’ve aged my normal healthy diet has seen my weight plummet to severely underweight.😢
Depends on what the "bad diet" entails. You're probably facing malnourishment, insulin imbalance or cholesterol/heart health issues way before metabolism issues. Also, everyone has different metabolic rates because of hormones. Good health isn't a one stop shop. Sure, it's calories in/out, but there's so many other elements.

The yolks are better for you than you think.
They sure are, however, I opt for low fats before cardio as mentioned.

Insuline is the storage hormones, carbs spikes insuline. Carbs makes you fat...
Eat fat, drop the carbs... It's too painfull to watch.

Insuline is known to be the storing hormones. Without carbs, low insuline, without insuline, you don't get fat!

Most recommendation we get today is from epidemiology, and that shouldn't be a thing! Epidemiology is hypothesis generating and should NOT be used as knowledge, but only as suspicion. Also there's dozens on Keto and Carnivore DOCTORS on internet. I don't take my recommendation from a nutritionist Katina...

Always nice to get a realistic insight. I know most people will know that you’re very strict in the off season but I have no doubt that there are some people out there that thing what you do is fine to do regularly and their will be no repercussions.
