Great content as allways. Thank you!
your videos deserves way more views! keep up the great educational content
Great video Kuba👍. Thanks you.
Thanks for this!
Awesome video! I would love to see more nutrition content. Also some recovery videos would be great. Cheers bro!
Dropping jewels as always bro
Great tips - I personally love my whey with berries and skyr yogurt.
Ultimate dessert is egg whites whip up, added scoop of protein, berries and cocoa powder. All mixed up ❤
Very solid list. I was certainly expecting red meat, eggs, and rice to be in there and the whey protein and avocados are great too makes total sense. Haven’t been eating a whole lot of avocado recently but def should add some back in through some guac packets or something, I do use the oil for cooking most days though.
Great content Kuba. Hope you are keeping well mate.
My man ❤️
Szacunek Kuba...pozdrawiam z Gdańska
Good job I have a good coach that has me eating all of these foods! 😜
im glad you mentioned the red meat and eggs so many people still believe that myth
Would you aim to have your 2 shakes pre and post workout?

thx for good quality information bro,
have a question. is it okay to get 10~15% calories from snacks (for me 100g of oreos) in bulking season? im no pro and bodybuild for hobby
If you want to carry lots of excess body fat yes, personally I wouldn’t
Great list, i would add salmon for Omega-3
Farmed salmon doesn’t actually contain much if any, the amount is extremely low. Only wild salmon has decent levels of omega 3, wild would be on the list if it wasn’t so expensive
@@KubaSylvesterCielen would you say even from a micronutrien standpoint that the farmed salmon isn't worth?
@@matteolever8051 it doesn’t contain any valuable micronutrients, it’s fed pellets when it’s farmed with very little room to swim. Wild over farmed for quality
@@KubaSylvesterCielen thank you for the answer.
I also want to thank you becouse since i found your content my perspective around training has changed a lot and now i am really enjoying training and the process as a whole
@@matteolever8051 anytime bud! Keep killing it
So changing the way you cook your eggs here and there can help digestion?
Yes
How many times can u use protein powder every day?
2/3x per day
No fish or Nuts kuba ?
Interesting.. 🤔
Two of my favourites for lean mussel growth, guess it depends on taste buds and digestibility.😎👍🏾.
I picked those foods out of their micronutrient content, not taste

Isn’t there an increased risk of heart disease and bowel cancer from high consumptions of red meat though ?
No not at all
What about vegans?
i like trenbolone sandwiches
Don't think creating top 0'1% training content but super average nutrition content is the best way to stand out on RUclips! More training please!
Thanks for the advice but I will just continue to put out content people ask for and I can help with. If I was doing this to stand out, I would be doing something else
training content gets super repetitive and old bruh
Tofu is underrated
Highly processed, drives tons of inflammation and doesn’t contain high amount of full amino profile. It’s a firm No from me.
@@KubaSylvesterCielen dumb comment. And as a registered dietitian I’ll explain why you are totally wrong and that is just bro science contrary to what the actual science.
Soy has a full amino acid profile and a very good one at that, it’s very high in leucine but regardless the amino acid profile of a certain food is irrelevant it doesn’t make a difference unless you only eat one protein source. But who does that?
Tofu is not highly processed, it’s far less processed even than your typical whey protein. Tofu is considered an anti inflammatory food because of its isoflavone and fibre content. And If you actually bothered to look at the research eggs comes up again and again as inflammatory and raising inflammatory markers like CRP, cytokines etc, which soy actually lowers.
The only issue with soy is it’s expensive.
@@123ChrisG look into how tofu is actually made, it is mainly made out of soy milk, Soy is a complete protein with all nine essential amino acids ONLY IF they are combined and consumed as a combination. Beans alone and rice alone both lack certain essential amino acids. If eaten together at high amounts, however, each contributes what the other is missing to form a complete protein but still will be low in amino acids needed making it far less optimal.
All plant foods are considered incomplete proteins because they are low in one or more amino acids.
Whey protein is processed but nowhere near to the degree tofu is, all you need to do is literally look at how it is made and how much actual chemicals go into making it so it’s shelf life is high. Ridiculous to claim comparing whey with like 4 ingredient’s vs tofu that has around 20+
Issue isnt with soy, issue is with tofu and vegans not eating a balanced diet that meets simple micronutrient needs.
@@KubaSylvesterCielen What? Tofu is mainly made out of ONE ingredient, soybeans. You just have to coagulate soy milk and then press the curds, that’s all. You can use nigari (salt) to facilitate the coagulation and maybe add a little bit of water, but no other ingredients are used in the process. So it cannot be considered a highly processed food. Do we consider pasta a highly processed food just because its shape is different from wheat? It doesn’t make sense. They are minimally processed foods. There are no chemicals in them. If you see a tofu that has 20+ ingredients just don’t buy it, it’s shit - but I’ve never seen something like that in my entire life.
And, as you said, soy IS a complete protein with all essential amino acids, so there is no need to combine it with other foods. It is true that the majority of plant foods are incomplete proteins, but not all of them. Rice, grain, beans, lentils, nuts, vegetables etc alone are incomplete, and if you want to obtain the complete amino acid profile you need to combine them; but other foods like tempeh, quinoa, hemp, soy and others have all the essential amino acids, so they are complete protein.
I appreciate your content about training, but these statements about nutrition are simply incorrect.
@@wbytse please explain which statement is incorrect ? Soybean is a complete protein but still very low in amino acids in comparison to meat sources. Everything I have outlined is a fact not a claim. Just because these sources have full profile of amino acids it doesn’t make them better than meat as the amount of the amino in comparison is extremely low. Fact
Tofu is mainly made of condensed soy milk not just soy bean, soy milk is then pressed into solid white blocks in a process similar to cheese so please get your facts straight. - Most of the world’s soybeans are grown in the United States, and a large proportion is genetically modified (GMO). GMO crops have genes added to them to improve their growth, pest resistance, nutrient content, and ease of farming.
If anyone is going to eat tofu opt for non gmo version.
None of this changes the fact it is still NOT as optimal as eating meat and other higher quality protein sources. Absolutely not a single plant source is ever going to give you the same bang for your buck…. That’s a fact.
My point remains the same il stick to eating a balanced diet containing foods that will allow me to hit all my micronutrient needs with quality.
100g tofu gives you 8 G protein
100g chicken 27 G protein
This isn’t even an argument, it’s like trying to compare driving a Nissan micra to a Ferrari but when it comes to what you put in your mouth. 🤣
Don’t care what people eat each to there own, me as a vegan I am mainly beans, green veg, chickpeas, nuts, seeds and lentils, I also eat foods of the rainbow and a lot of salad, love an avocado. Quinoa for me and then rice. Or pea pasta. I do consume the odd egg, but from my mates garden chickens as then No chickens harmed lol. I don’t eat meat because I could not kill it, also don’t like the taste much but eggs are in effect chickens periods so I eat the odd one. So I am eegan really lol.
In other words an all pesticide diet
Vegan 🤦♂️
Quite literally billions of animals and wild life get killed to harvest & protect various fruit and veg. If we were to cause no harm to animals we wouldn’t eat a single grain.
