    How often should I take d3 k2 on the packaging it says every 3th day! Is it enough every 3th day?

      No idea which supp it is buddy, I have never come across any that say to take it every 3 days

    If u cant get JP would these be solid- curcumin, nac, tudca, bergamot, krill, zinc, mag,bcomplex,berberin?

      No bud, this is probably 1/5 of ingredients you will get. I used it buy these separate and I would pay 4x as much

    I Googled it:
    'In farmed salmon, the omega-3 levels are dependent on what type of feed they eat, which is made from plants, grains, and fishmeal. Farmed salmon fillets contain as many grams of omega-3 fatty acids as wild salmon because farmed salmon are fattier than wild salmon'

      Google is probably the last place for quality resources my man. Fattier fish doesn’t mean the fat quality is high, not all fat is equal. They are generally fed fatty pellets and without the ability to actually swim ( they are in nets ) the quality of it is extremely poor

      @@KubaSylvesterCielen I think the farmed salmon thing is a bit hit and miss, dependent on the source. You rightly say the safer bet is going for the wild caught stuff, assuming it is caught in clean oceans.
      I checked out the nutrition data (omega 3) from farmed and wild cooked salmon and it was nearly identical. 2.6 and 2.7g respectively.
      I'm a carnivore bodybuilder and have a RUclips channel that talks about these sorts of things. I'd love to collaborate some time. It's a delight to see a fellow bodybuilder with an obvious care for personal health 🙏💪

      To do what exactly ? Do what these supps do ? Unfortunately telmisartan doesn’t do everything as much as it is a great tool to use it won’t address 1/10 of what these will

      @@DmitiryPopyoutopov it doesn’t protect your heart and kidneys same way as supps do, it’s na ARB not a health supp. It won’t address lipids or blood markers same way these will.
