Hey Kuba, potentially dumb question here but with EAAs (and I’ve tried plenty of them) I find that if I have them with any more than 500/600ml of water it just becomes to weak. How do you keep yours strong enough to taste good? I’ve thought about adding some no added sugar squash

Cardio actually improves recovery , I'm a runner so I've researched this in depth, a cardio session after a big leg session has been shown to improve recovery. Even morning after on stairmaster should help
Depends on your goal, if your trying to build muscle it will likely have a negative impact

I don’t drink water with meals just around them, no I don’t need it my digestion is perfect
I would piss 24/7 on that amount.
I drink 2-2,5l a day or one gallon.
So 8l is for me 3 days 😅💁🏻♂️
@@renatowarrens5552 yeah you dont need that much water even. just drink when youre thristy. and you get mostly all of ur water from foods anyways. any excess is just pointless if u ask me, and ya gotta remember to supplement electrolytes on top cuz you piss it all out :P

Hi Kuba. Do you agree that the body can only absorb around 30 grams of protein at a time is a myth? How much do you think the body can utilise to the muscles at once? Does it depend on the size of the person?
Yes it is a myth I think it all depends on your size, the more muscle you carry the more you can absorb in my opinion. Also it’s not like you wouldn’t absorb it if you are over it would just get utilised one way or another or stored

Said it before, but you're one of the only bodybuilders I can watch, most of the rest are just boring, I get inspiration from you, "The Giant," and ""The Shed." Maybe I just prefer the bodybuilders in the UK, even as an American, but I think y'all are more hardcore, and dedicated. Thank you.
