    I'm used to eat this kind of a tiny chopped vegi. salad, but never thought of putting on that kind of filled tuna. Looks marvelous! Bravo!

    The Fregola salad is quite similar to the lebanese Tabbouleh, whatever amazing recipe as always

    I also couldn't find anywhere selling Fregola, so I got Orzo. This worked fine.

    Frankly, I would have a very hard time not eating all that and waiting until it was complete, with the possible exception of the bread stuffing. And that's just a 'maybe' not a guarantee. :)

      I think he meant that you can recycle old bread and use it for the filling instead of throwing it away.

      here in Italy we save left over bread to make these kind of rerepies.

      +nudl3Zz Save fresh bread for when it matters that the bread is fresh. Use leftover bread for this instead of wasting bread that can still be eaten as is.
