Made it today, we loved it! I couldn't skewer mine though,they kept breaking apart, so I rolled them up, placed rolls into a n oiled small saucepan , then poured my tomato sauce over the rolls. Covered and cooked for 5 minutes. Perfect

I don't know what those sweet things are that you put on there maybe you can let us know what we can use if we do not have what that is sometimes your accent is a little strong an unfamiliar were some of the foods that you use it as a chef and I'll keep trying

think he came in 1970s when everyone talked cockney and all immigrants picked up abit of cockney. just like harry enfield stavros impression all migrants had a cockney twang to accents.
