I’ve always admired the fact that Gennaro is so simple and rustic with his cooking. Doesn’t have to finely mince the garlic, doesn’t doctor up the fish just throws the whole thing in the pan, leaves the stems on the tomatoes and seeds with the chilli when he tosses them in. Really embodies the brilliance of Italian cuisine which is the sheer simplicity. Few ingredients, always fresh.
I absolutely love Gennaro's cooking, he is my favorite part of food tube, so much passion. And the view, it's like you are right there with him. Oh my goodness, it's magical watching this video.

I made this recipe with sea bass and it was delicious. I didnt expect it would be so good. I squeezed some lemon, added thyme and coriander on the fish, and let it sit for like 30mins to marinate, before i fried it with the chilli and the tomatoes. Super nice, i will make this again XD

I made this dish tonight and OMG its totally delicious!! I replaced parsley with coriander as I don't like parsley. Coriander added extra punch! Absolutely delicious

Even if the dish is soo simple without much spices n addons the way this man narrates it n xpresses his feel for tat dish will want us to taste it n hav more... Or maybe if he cooks it tat simple dish might taste like a full gourmet meal..

Ayodeji Okanlawon coriander is Chinese parsley and is great for removing heavy metals from the body.
