Mr. Contaldo is AWESOME !!!! I love how the recipes look in the end. He - just like you Mr. Oliver as well - is a food connoisseur !!!!!! I am a huge fan. I love pasta-type dishes, so most stuff pasta is right up my alley. :) As long as it's drenched in a butter sauce and has loads of garlic, I'm good. I'm glad I subscribed to these cooking type channels. Big fan of em' all.

This is a fantastic recipe for a college student. You could literally make this in 20 minutes and it's cheap. Yeah... prosciutto is really expensive, but a good ham, bacon, salami, or pancetta would be fantastic.

DamKaKaDaNi Its been shown that on a menu if something has crunchy or crispy in front that it will likely outsell the others by quiet a bit....

DamKaKaDaNi but then why using prosciutto, that prosciutto is called crudo (raw ham) for a reason! If you want something crispy then add pancetta.

These lemons are really amazing. We learned that on our vacation in Italy. It's not like what we are used to from the grocery stores. Their scent is so intense you can smell it from several meters away and the flavor is unbelievably good. 🍋💛

I made this but used local Jamon as we are in Spain. I also added lots of garlic (because I like it!) and some finely diced mushrooms. Delicious.

With all due respect Gennaro, I would never treat a -not so cheap- nonstick french Tefal pan with metal forks like that. My wife is ruining enough in my kitchen already.

+TheVovozela I'm pretty sure that it is a ceramic non-stick (not tefal), so it's not a problem to use metal utensils is it.

- procutto
- onion
- peppers (red or yellow)
- tomato (use only skin)
- fresh chili
- lemon to squeeze
put proscutto, sliced onion, sliced peppers and chilli into heat pan with olive oil, stir well and serve pasta water soon, in order not to get them really fried. No salt should be added. Tangerine cooked, paserly, tomato skin will be added in pan. Squeeze lemon, and grate cheese.
