Guess you need that many plastic bags for disposing kitty litter. I have the same problem but sadly they have to remain a ball of mess - no time and no one to help.

Emma The Enigma start a different roll and add bags daily, secure with a rubber band and refill when empty. Or when near empty take out of container and add to bottom. You might would want to add rubber band before putting in container because as bags are taken out of container would keep them tightly together and wouldn’t have to rewind.
