My third grade teacher was a recycler, she had a wood box full of TP rolls, empty plastic containers, milk jugs, etc. Every Wednesday was "create something" day from the bin. To this day, I cant toss a thing away w/o first examining and wondering...what could this be?

It’s possible to buy pom pom makers - mine are essentially two disks with a hole in the middle, and they come in 3 three sizes. They make fantastic pom poms with no need to trim.

The wings are not backwards. If you have ever seen a cartoon of a mother hen embracing it's chicks you would understand that this is meant to be whimsical and fun. Also, I have 15 hens, when they stand on the tiptoes and flapp their wings, the wings do come forward a bit. When it comes to creativity... anything is possible. 👏 good job!

It's actually up cycling. Yes, this is great we did this too as children and we do this now for various items from pens to kitchen utensils.
