    Sir me to physical educator hoon, school me bachoon ko game, activities karate hai. Pehli bat, diet le hi nahi pate, body abhi 30 me hi bhudda ho gata hai. To mushkil se kabhi thoda bohot jogging ho pata hai, uske sath gitna ho sake utna walking , yoga, to extreme hard apne level me itna hi hota hai. Subeh aur shyam, me . Main bacchon ko sikhate hai, to untna 1 ghanta khelne ko nahi hota, football, to alag workout karna, ya kabhi swimming karna. To gab body extreme level me hard activity nahi kar pati, diet to bilkul le hi nahi sakte. Bich me uovas hota hai, 15 din me ek bar to bhi, hafte me ek bar, bhi khali upvas ja khana. Anag bhi nahi le sakte, dry ration me hi gina hota hai

      @@marcospraveenteotia7864 abhi kya ha i na sir itni artificial zindigi hai. Sharir ko puri tarah ek dum last tak, ho ragda bolte hai. Vo hona chahiye, nahi to mar gana chahiye. Me kheeti karna chata hoon, vaise hi zindigi gina chahta hoon, Uske sath, alag activities kar sakte hain. Lekin sabse purani zindigi hi ek dum golden vali hai, indriyan, ki koi pareshani, nahi hoti thi, 100 sal pehle bhi, abhi go average fauji ki fitness hai, kheeti karte hue rehti thi, Vo bina kuch khaye, mushkil se ek time gine ke liye lete hue. To tab asli treatment hota tha, go rogi zindigi hai,Apka ek video hai, na gisme apne bola ki tut rahe hi to akele chalo, to vo hi than liya hai mene. Kahi sakon se akele hi chalte rehte aya hoon. Aur marne tak vese hi hoga, koi adhyatmik sang me bhi nahi ga paya
