बहुत अच्छा वीडियो लगा सर आपका। मैं सोच ही रहा था कि डाइट पर वीडियो कब आएगा। सर मेरे कुछ प्रश्न हैं, २१.०१ की. मी. के लिऐ - १. रनिंग शुरू करने से कितने समय पहले खाना है और कितना खाना है। २. रनिंग के बीच में भी कुछ खाना/ पीना है कि नई और अगर खाना/पीना है तो कब - कब खाना/पीना है।( मान लिजिए की २१.०१ की. मी. पूरा करने में २ घंटे लगते हैं) इन डाउटस को क्लीयर कर दीजिए प्लीज़, 🙏🙏

Jo sir ne bataya hai before runing usme kewal 1 cheej lijiye 1 banana ya aur khuch for energy then ofter runing me = (1banana)( chna ,mung momphali dana , 1 badam, 2 kaju bhigo ke lena hai ) 1 glass milk ,😊😊😊😊
Sir main 24 age tak khoob daba kar running , exercise sabhi calisthenics hi karta tha . Fir kuch ghatna ho gayi aur sab ek dam se bas bandh ho gaya . Aur ab 6 saal ho gaye hai , muscle memory aur muscle strength abhi bhi thik hai par stamina negative me chala gaya hai aur hemat ki kuch din aur 1km bhi bhagna mushkil ho gaya . Gala swell ho gaya lungs buri tarah pump up ho gaye aur heartbeat had se tez ho gayi aur chakar aane lag gaye . Vomit bhi ho gayi dusre din. Bas fir himmat hi har gaya recovery ke liye skipping kar liya karta tha wo bhi nahi ho pa rahi. Agar aapko samay mile toh meri baaton ko please suniye aur meri aur mere jaiso ki help kijiye. Aapse behtar ise koi nahi samjha sakta koi bhi nahi . Aapse parerna milti hai par us thakan ka dar bht haavi ho gaya . Please sir help karna ho sake toh. Ki shuruvat kaise karein . Thanks sir question in my mind to ask you Sir I am 22 year old I love running and I want to be career in long distance running I am from December 2020 5km PR under 20 minutes now Sir please tell can I go ahead or stop from here because lot of loosing energy but I still running and when I starts running now feeling tired Sir please give some confidence to get or not
Sir 5km 20 minute ke undar puri karne ke liae practice video banai ae kese minute kam kar sakte hai meri abhi 24 minute ho jati hai practice kar raha hu but kam nai ho rahi

Running karr sakte hoo..Exercise ke uppar depends karta hai. Gool vala pillow ratt ko apne Thighs ke bech mai dal kar soya karoo. Results jyada accha milega.
