I hate this Scadutree system so much. Thank you for the guide though. I really want to beat every major boss solo, but this DLC is breaking me and I’m getting close to giving up and using mimic tears for the bosses.
Do it. My thousand hours of playtime helps absolutely nothing with this terrible scaling. Summoning is the way to go until you finish the collectathon.
@@2manycheeses damn 1000 hours good stuff. Yeah I’m pretty damn good at these games and I have 380 hours on Elden Ring but man are these difficulty settings terrible. How can it be this bad with the extra time they put into the DLC? Like how? And I hate using mimic tear so I really really don’t want to use it. It just makes the boss fight win feel so meaningless. Like anyone can summon get agro away from them then poke the boss from behind. Feels so lame. But yeah they messed up. I will defend every other FromSoftware title (except maybe DS2) all day every day but this DLC messed up big time.
This system discourages replayability because you are going to have to collect these all over again. At least with golden seeds and sacred tears you didnt have to collect as many

This. I was in the fissure trying to kill the misbegotten and some bum ass skelleton kept sneaking up behind me and taking like a fourth of my health away from a fire pot. I have 99 vigour, armor of solitude(full set) dragoncrest greatshield and at the time lvl 10 scadutree blessing
Thank you for this. The idea of taking your rpg and scaling it to the players level is always such a bad move. it totally kneecaps the fun by removing the satisfaction of progression as a whole. I already skill checked when I beat mohg to get in here. let me play the game. but no I gotta doddle around for 3 hours to find the golden turd nuggets they left around just so I can take more than two hits from the bosses. Did they think no one would explore without incentive? As though finding the various dungeons and new items and generally experiencing the world wasn't enough? We need to force them on a walking tour of the new weirdly segmented map so that Mesmer doesn't instantly kick their balls directly up into their skull after stepping one foot into his room? This is some piss poor design from a company I know is better than this.

My Next guide part 3 Scadu Altus area will bring the Scadutree Blessing to 15-16 level which should help out a ton

@@planetzdrI will say I’m pretty sure they tweaked summons ngl like it’ll grab agro and instantly switch back to you it’s not as broken as base game

@ChocolateEffigy The scadutree fragments are more hidden. And if you want to reach max scadutree blessing level you need somewhere around 70.
