FYI if nobody knows but if you follow the path for #48 and continue the route you get a weapon called “ Euporia “ and its a Twinblade weapon with a unique skill called “ Euporia Vortex “

I’m in the same boat. It’s been driving me CRAZY. The only thing I can think of is that maybe one of the shiny pot enemies dropped it on my first time through an area and I somehow missed picking it up and now it won’t respawn?

@justingeisler6133 For what it's worth, I was able to beat the game at level 19. Once you go into the next NG, you can just come back and pick up one of the earlier ones that are easy to find. It works like the golden seeds.

There are a lot of NPCs that will have a questline to complete. But if you go past the Point of No Return then those quest may Not be available anymore
