At 9 boss 1 and 2 where so easy

Hey rage, idk if you knew this or not, but once you defeat ( commander gaius ) over by ( shadow keep back gate grace ) go to the back of that area and you’ll be able to grab 5 scadutree fragment.
There's one you missed at the Moorth Ruins. Back around behind the big hole, there's another one of those pot head guys that drops one.

Just so anybody that is having a hard time knows, you don’t need to defeat anything in Dragon’s Pit, if you run through like normal and go further down instead of up into the Dragon’s cave you can just drop down the divide in that little room and you’ll exit out the Terminus without a fight.
Mesimers axe and its ash of war is beyond OP when it's maxed out

@JOK3RC4RDx should have elaborated, the axe you get may have just been from one of his soldiers, and adding holy affinity to it destroys any ghost flame enemy.
There’s one right to the east of the scorched ruins in a pot. So that’s an easy one right in the starting area you can substitute for one of the harder to get later ones

Hey, spoiler for a slightly useful tip. You can use the mohg or morgott shackles to unlock seald spirit springs without finding the rock. Idk why it works, but probably for the same reason it deactivates illusion walls and flame spewing traps.
You missed a fragment on cerulean coast cross, Located south on the map from cerulean coast.

I like this cuz it gives a goal to make game easier like Festus mats in main game. Fact that they did with resistances and damage is nice touch rather than just giving more/more effective pots. Was right there with you till I noticed scudtree mats.
In the small cemetery north east of the burned down village, in the starting area. There's a pot phantom guy with another fragment.
Does going to the shadowkeep ruin chances of other questline and lock you out of any other ones?

For anyone that hates looking for the rocks for the Well Springs like I do, use Margrits Shackles. Use it right in front of the blocked well spring and itll break the rock and open it right up. Its also useful for finding hidden rooms behind walls.

there's a scadutree fragment on a pot holding phantom guy just north east of the scroched ruines next to some graves surround by other phantom guys

There are 50 scadutree blessing this is only half of them. People need to stop bitching about difficulty and explore and look for upgrades including new weapons as well as scadutree blessings play the damn game people.
Theres no shame to give a quick router for not been salty at the start of the dlc
Excellent guide. I followed it til about Shadow Keep and defeated Messmer with Scadu Lvl 10. By the time i followed the rest of the guide I was at Scadu Lvl 12 with extra fragment and Spirit Lvl 4

If youre like me actually want to do this without any bosses (including side bosses) or touching shadow keep
There are 3 fragments missing in this video which will allow you to hit lv10 but 2 dont matter only 1 of the extras
1 - scorched ruins: head east to the cliff side. A small graveyard past the undead tree will have a pot carrying scadu boi
2- moorth ruins: another pot scadu boi can be found
Head south eastern from the grace bascially sticking to the outter edge of the ruins. Near the big hole the pot bro is ther.e careful of the duel wielding enemy nearby
3- cerulean coast: if this is ur 1st time here You just picked up the map past the dragon
Bascially when looking south you have a left and right path. Take the left path and find a miquella cross
According to a random comment below you can get past dragon pit to access charos grave but I did not check it out but if so you can have lv11 instead of 10

Not me avoiding those Hippo’s like the plague because the Golden Hippo boss fight traumatized me. Lmfao Guess I have to go back and kill them.
I did exactly as you said but at the castle ensis bonfire I'm missing one saculent to hit rank 5, I double checked the video and the areas. Did they change anything or did something just bug out for me? I killed a jar guy an hour ago in the NW castle and he didn't drop a saculent either so I hope I'm not bugging.
There is another free fragment if you head straight south on the cerulean coast grace. its on a cliff edge with a cross.
There’s no second fragment at the church. I looked around and I couldn’t find it. There was 1 and a rune arc
That one pickup gives you two fragments, there aren't two fragment pickups.

The boss he said you will be fighting is actually someone who will invade you on the way to his arena
His moves arent too hard to dodge, he just hits pretty hard and has a healing flask or two
I dont know how many flasks he had exactly cuz me and mimic ganked him before figuring out if he had more than one

There’s another scadu fragment at the village to the left of the ellac great bridge
I am searching there I only got an aid talisman and a revered spirit ash. Maybe they changed locations with the update or something

You know an expansion is hard when From Software places items to perma buff your level 100 + characters in that region. A shame the buffs don't make it outside the place.

Not sure they actually do anything in regards to damage resistance in the DLC area. As for damage, they make the numbers in your status page gold. Which is something, but as far as I saw the numbers don't actually increase.
@@kable_t.v.the numbers do increase, it’s just small each time. If you want to see the difference, look at your numbers inside the dlc, then go back to the base game and compare.
@@MasterfulPeon Ya? How small? At lvl 4 the numbers didn't change. We talking literally fractions of percents each lvl?
@@kable_t.v. No, it’s around 4% increase damage and 2% damage negation. You can see the changes reflected in your status screen before and after using the fragments.
Im at +9 scoobytree amd I still get bodied by regular ass enemies, they either meed to biff the staphtree or nerf the enemies, +9 took me 35+ tries on blackgaol knight with blasphemous blade+10 flame grant me strength, fire scorpion and Alexander shard.
I like hard, hard is fun, but this is absolutely ridiculous.

bro unfortunately you've missed a couple of fragments . Am level 11 without stepping in the shadow keep yet . there are more that you havent mentioned and its a bit of bummer and can get some players confused

The npc invades in another area before this church location. The item he drops is based off of the amount of times you killed him
So 1st time is the tailsmen
2nd is the ash of war

What’s the difference between Scardurtree Blessings and Revered Spirit ash blessings?
Ones for your spirit summons and the other one is for your character.
In the crusade church I didn't get the ash of war after defeating the invader... I got a talisman instead... Is there some questions or something to it? I would have liked the ash of war as opposed to the talisman...
you are supposed to get the talisman, he just messed up a bit there
So you have to beat a boss
Well this video is what it says it is.... But its kinda like... Why did you go this route? This is not even a good collection route. There were several instances were you were reasonably close to another fragment and you ignored them. There was one instance at moorth ruins where you were within 50ft of a pot guy carrying a fragment and you decided to run across the map instead.
This video needs taken down and redone so we can get to +11 or +12 Scadutree blessing BEFORE breaking the great rune. Its possible ad im +11 right now and havent broken the great rune yet. I keep looking for ways to try to get a few more fragments for +12 without going into the shadow keep yet, but im pretty sure im stuck unless i break angreat rune.
Thumbnail needs to be change. It's a lie. Literally says "0 bosses" but you need to fight bosses to get some of these as drops? Come on guys, you're better than this.
One singular boss and I beat the golden hippo in one try with ancient dragons lighting strike

@@shinsoatimaku They direct you thrpugh Dragon Pit if I'm not mistaken and there is a boss in there. So that would be 2.. either way the thumbnail is false.
@kable_t.v. I mean when people say boss idk about you but I usually think of the main bosses or a super strong optional boss not a guy that I literally does the same attack that you can parry over and over 💀

I used rot and the milady with a shield setup so I cleared him after a few tries with the summon
