Seriously guys, get out of the way. I have a friend who now walks with canes because someone didn't see the lights and hit them head on, everyone lived but the truck was an absolute mess.
Building ambulances on truck cab and chassis is much better than building them on cutaway vans. My friends family owns an ambulance service and they only run cab and chassis ambulances because they can yank the ambulance box off of the truck and drop it on a new cab and chassis so it saves a bunch of money. It is also better if they get wrecked because they just switch it over to a new truck. One ambulance box usually gets 3 cab and chassis before the box is worn out. I have purchased numerous wrecked cab and chassis from them for the drivetrains. Ambulance wrecks are much more common than people would think.
There are three things in this world that tell the truth. As already noted, old-school yoga pants, drunks, and kids. Always throwing out the brutal truth.
I work for the city this unit came from. I’m a heavy equipment mechanic. But my supervisor said this unit hit a concrete barrier. It sat at my job site for 5-6 months before being sent off. I was surprised to see it end up with this guy. Just stumbled upon this post.
@@roberthamilton1152 they should make an aftermarket bolt in. Other than that you can cut it and weld it in or the worst option slide it in from the back. After removing all the other cross members
Hope you show us the fix on this !!
Too big for a small shop and too small for a big shop but the check is just the right size for me.

we had a neighboring district lose a brand new heavy rescue before it even got to them, because somebody drove under the influence.
Absolutely hilarious I don't have a 10 mm

Mate nobody's got a 10mm, and if they have it's just about to disappear and never be seen again!

Would love to see a response from sleepy paramedic. 👍🏻
Brother, you’re not the only one! But I’m fairly certain that he’d “at least” be able to work it “properly” into one of his little skit’s!

Have you ever worked on cartel trucks with concrete in the doors and armored plates?
Yeah I have, replacing door hinges and re-aligning. But I guess the concrete didn't set up it was just white powder in clear bags.
😉🤭
Ive seen you work on roll off trucks in your videos. I was wondering if you have ever done any frame straighten on a garbage truck before?
Not saying a word on this one. LOL
Let us see the whole job
I have a question.
I have a 2000 freightliner fld120 with a cracked crossmember right behind the transmission.
How do I get the new one in?
