I really hope they are being honest and are in the same practice as you. The owners of my shop, as well as the drivers, and I care a lot about our old Peterbilt heavy haulers. I didn't have a fancy hydraulic flange tool. I used a six foot bar with a flange hook. Nice job. Your body takes a beating doing all that grunt work. I know mine did. Does your shop also re-arch lowboys and flat decks? The bulk of our work was rolled trailer dumps. Tractor frames were always diamond and twisted.
