For me, I like to see 'mistakes' especially since Chef JP doesn't edit out what he calls 'mistakes'. I see this as a learning opportunity and honestly, I'd be quite happy to see more of how to correct various mistakes because we all know we WILL make them! For instance, I made the delicious French onion soup recipe, cutting it in half. However, I did Not cut the amount of flour/butter for the roux in half. I tell you, somehow I had enough blonde roux to make a few gallons of soup, lol. I didn't know if I should just remove some of the roux before adding the stock (didn't seem like a good idea because too many ingredients were in it), or just add more liquid (which is what i did). Fortunately, I had just enough stock in my freezer to make it work, although my onion to 'soup' ratio was off - but it was very good anyway by some miracle. I now have French onion soup in my freezer to last the winter, lol. Anyway, I am never disappointed to see a mistake and learn how to fix it. TY as always chef for another amazing recipe!

I have never liked frittata that much because I've eaten some bad ones before.
Decided to make yours chef and undoubtedly it was the most amazing frittata I've ever eaten! Definitely, it's gonna be on the menu in my house from now on.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us, chef Jean Pierre.

Dearr JP- the 3 important things I learned that improved on how i learned it from my mother: 1. sauteed pot bacon and or ham or both onion veg separate, then egg mixture smooth with cheese challot/garlic/hot sauce/and cheese. 3. mix them together and then return this mix to oiled hot pan to create the crust--finish in oven 4. the towel technique to flip with out a miss---saved me from disaster. YOU ARE A GENIUS! LOL

Like the irreverent Sam the Cooking Guy says... If I got to pick my last meal it would be something with eggs. This is high on my list. Wouldn't be mad if this was the end😊
I absolutely love frittatas. I watched the older video earlier tonight. This is finally getting me soon. Yum! 😋

Thank you for your videos. I am in my early 60s and only recently started cooking. Your channel is my favorite. You teach concepts and why you cook the way you do. I am an engineer/mathematician , and I remember your explanations. I made your chicken bourginion and it was amazing. I follow along with your videos and they help me see how things should look during the process. I am a much better cook because of your videos. Thanks for your hard work and dedication.
