Tribal or Indigenous casino is preferable used rather than the term "Indian" we don't like being called "Indians" were Indigenous and Indians are from India. Letting you know respectfully.
If you're considering being a casino dealer make sure you try to get into a place that the dealers keep their own tips... All the other "pooling" casinos aren't very good money... Just being real
I work for one of the Kumayaay casinos, it's realy not to bad granted i hate the idea of tribal members coming in and acting like their entitled to shit, but it's not to bad
@@619KingPoker I know it is... That's why im leaving and heading up north to Chumash... The money is decent down here but I have friends up at Chumash who make a killing... I can't speak for all of them because its a "keep your own tips" casino for the dealers like most casinos in southern California... But Chumash up near Santa Barbara there isn't another casino around that isn't at least 2 hours away or more... So all those rich people who live up that way just play at Chumash... Im excited to see how I will do there 😁 I broke in at a tip pooling casino and honestly I just felt like a robot and my full earning potential was being wasted... When you keep your own tips it's like being an independent contractor... Much more rewarding... I think all dealers should be multi game dealers too... It makes things much more fair to run a rubber band rotation...
I work at pechanga resort and casino I work at the buffet I like working there love the benefits but I feel like they should pay more not 12 dollars and hour for buffet
I’ve never heard any casino doing any “hair test” by shaving a part of your head while on their property lol. Don’t lie next time. And yes, I too work in the industry but on the commission side.
