I just bought the smaller one last night and haven’t even opened the box. Think I’m going to take it back and get the bigger one with some bags. Thank you for a great video
Your welcome. Even if I wasn’t in Packout, the bags make it worth it for me. I do wish they would have made separate bags for it and the M12 Vacuum instead of a smaller one that fits both. Hopefully their will be an aftermarket bag company come out with some in the future that will be bigger and cheaper. Appreciate you watching and taking the time to comment 👍
Hey man, here’s a pro tip. Get some women’s panty hose and put it over the internal filter. Cut the pantry hose to length and tie a knot in the end to create a sock. Then, just cover the filter like a sock on a foot. It will stop bigger debris from going into the filter, but it is thin enough to not restrict airflow.
When your vacuum is smelly put it under a big box with an aerosol can of car air freshener. They're good for roughly 10 minutes or so and you can easily do several vacuum cleaners.

I was able to get it with some weird bag that works with the bigger M18 Vac on wheels. Home Depot had it on a hack, so I returned the bag, and the cost was right at a $100.00. Your reasoning is sound. Ive never liked to mix then up either. Man, that smell is nasty! One reviewer noted the GEN 2 had a little more CFM’s when it came to water lift, so you’re on the right track! Now I will be looking to buy the Packout Vac. Thanks a lot Pal! 🙄😆 Good content! 👍✌👊

To be honest I’m not real sure. I’ve never used it for long enough spurts to put in a 100% new battery and run it till it quits. I probably run it in 5 minute increments. Next time I’m in my garage if I think of it I will get it out and time it for you. They say 30 minutes with a High Output 8.0… my guess is somewhere around the 15 minute mark (on speed 2)

@@phironhin7349 no, only the Packout version of the M18 and the Milwaukee M12 Fuel Vacuum take those filters.
Not sure if i missed it but how long would it last with a 5ah? i tried a 2ah just to kinda figure it out, lasted maybe 7 minutes before vacuum started to show signs of voltage drop
@@MORGANSMaintenance Apologies, this was for the older m18 vacuum, actually just returned it a few minutes ago. Didnt last 20 minutes with a 5ah, so I’m gonna wait for the 8 or 12ah battery to go on sale and i might purchase it again with a better battery this time. Hoping the black friday deals will be good this year
👍… yeah the vacuums of all the brands eat up a battery pretty quick. It almost like using a grinder.
I’ve started using High Outputs in mine… it may just be a mind game, but I feel like I get more suction
@@MORGANSMaintenance You’re not wrong, i noticed the suction power increased with the high output batteries
less sound because the hose acts as a muffler
👍👍
I’ve been looking at so many of these videos & brands. Your the only one that has showed the filter bag. Ya it is small for the vacuum. But in regards to adding a zipper, what is you tried one of those big chip bag clips.
This style of clip

That might work. I may get one and try when my next bag gets full.
Appreciate it 👍

I have to point out the bump in quality of your editing, especially the transitions.
I appreciate that…I’ve been learning a little every video. It’s all 100% new to me.
Before starting this channel I never really filmed anything before and absolutely never edited anything.
I’m also still working with all “free stuff” so I’m limited on what I can do… but I haven’t even figured out what all I can do with the free stuff yet 😂.
Again, I really appreciate the feedback and encouragement 👍
These reasons are trivial
I think a bag/no bag is a pretty big difference, the rest it just depends what you do 👍
Skip first 2 min
Or go to chapter 2… 👍👍
Nonsense...!!
👍
I am so happy I watched your video. You reason number four is my reason number one. I guess I can always use my gen two for wet only.
should have waited til the end of the video to comment.
Well you hit on both the main reasons 😂
