I hurt my back so did this while soaking in an epsom salts bath. It was very helpful. I need to learn to relax and not take my stress out on my body. Thank you
I’m sorry to hear about your back, but glad you found this helpful. Also love the idea of soaking in a bath as you breathe and meditate!

Hi Caren, missing your vids.Hope you'll come back soon.
Aw, thanks for your appreciation!
Great little video this . Should I do this daily? When I feel my heart fighting against the relaxation (my anxiety) do I persevere with it ?
I don’t know enough about you to make that recommendation, but a daily relaxation practice that resonates with you is something that I can recommend for all my clients and students.
@@carenhope many thanks 😊
Thank you. I was on the verge of a panic attack and pulled up this video and was able to find calm again.
Katie, great work! You did it! Happy to be here for you at that time.
