    Relaxation is really necessary these days as people have forgotten how they need to relax because covid-19 has taken a toll on the minds of people and here deep breathing relaxation techniques will be really helpful to heal their body as well as soul

    I quite enjoyed it and will come back again to this practice! I have a very hard time emptying and relaxing my mind as well as for concentrating! And somehow as i was doing this practice with you i felt that i was able to focus on the whole exercise till the end ! Thank you so much for your videos! When i started meditating and doing yoga your channel was the one i chose for it and then i added an app that has meditation music, sounds, timers and guided meditation as well but i mainly use the music over there and i come here for the practices 💙🙏 thank you again ! Much love

    I hurt my back so did this while soaking in an epsom salts bath. It was very helpful. I need to learn to relax and not take my stress out on my body. Thank you

    I just survived a small anxiety attack. Hadn't happened in 3 years. Felt very scared. This exercise afterwards made me feel ok again. You have no idea what this means to me. Thank you.

    Great little video this . Should I do this daily? When I feel my heart fighting against the relaxation (my anxiety) do I persevere with it ?
