Tamil people were the inventors of Oogam (Oom chanting as well) several thousand years ago later pronounced as Yoga. And it is not advisable to practice without proper and experienced guru, could turn adverse efforts. SO PLEASE BE AWARE!!!! Thanks

have you read the new books on Breath and science of respiration. Suggest 3 books> BREATH by Nestor, THE BREATHINGN CURE by McKewon and Oxygen Advantage by McKewon. I humbly suggest that yoga/pranayama teachers at least study these books to see how it could help.
