Today we will be doing a 30 mins pranayama practice that will help you to breathe better and deeper.
After a quick warmup, we will practice :
Kapalbhati Pranayama - 3 rounds
Bhatrika Pranayama - 3 rounds
Nadi Shodhan Pranayama - 2 rounds
Bhramari Pranayama - 5 rounds

Hello Bharti Ma'am...I am really inspired by your way of teaching yoga and practicing the same on routinely basis since a week..I had covid early last month and have recovered with some residual non-productive cough still in place...can I do all these asanas and pranayams or should I restrain myself from doing any of them?
Hi Vaibhav, have you tried this practice for covid recovery ? This is a more gentle practice if you still have after effects :

All the pranayama in this routine are also fine but start doing this once you have fully recovered.

After how many months of surgery, kapalbhati can be done?
If it's major surgery..then do kapal bhati after 6 months...anulom vilom can be done after one month...

Hi Jinal, ideally you should do pranayama after a full Asana session. It is better to do this in the morning on an empty stomach.
