- Manon is joined by Katie, Caer, Maddie, and Liam for an easy 25-minute cycling workout. In this session, you'll have the chance to choose which cadence you want to work and Manon will guide you through it. Focus on your pedaling while getting your sweat on!

Great recovery session. I use a HR monitor as well as cadence meter on these workouts to ensure I hit my 70-80% max HR. Otherwise, a level 7 - 10 doesn't really give a good indication of effort output to the videos for those at home not using HR monitors.

Does anyone have any tips on firing up the glutes while cycling, I seem to overwork my quads and it gives me knee pain. Any advice would be appreciated please.
