  • Chronic brake pulsation plagued this 2005 Tundra. Violent steering wheel shake when applying the brakes! The rotors kept warping and it pulled to one side while braking. The hoses were starting to deteriorate as well.

I worked at yota/Lexus. Always stick with oem when coming to the rotors and brake pads. In 15 yrs I seen a lot of trying to save a buck , it’s never the caliper unless the rubber boots on pistons are leaking or ripped. Good video to show the do it urselfers

Cross drilled rotors do not fair well on a truck due to the weight. I discovered that the OE rotors work very well with Toyota or semi metallic brakes. Flushing the calipers and brake system is a great thing when installing new brakes. The break down in the brake fluid eventually affects the seals inside the calipers. Its just a good preventive practice. Ive seen brake floss done on more expense MB and Lexus vehicles for that reason, why not other vehicles right?

Excellent video, it seems like the brake hose is rubbing against the suspension? I was told it's not supposed to rub against anything?

Rotors can be resurface even thought the dealer is saying they are warped?

I thought I had to do a 4 corner bleed even I just replaced the calipers in the front?
