yo can i do a team meeting with you I'm actually building out a basement right now, putting up walls and trying to decide how to design it for a podcast. I'm actually hanging sheetrock as we speak.
Can't believe you've designed 3 separate walls for RUclips! Probably took a lot of time and effort. Painting the closet black and tucking your desk in there is so smart! I don't think I ever noticed that was a closet while watching your videos lol
"Complexity is the enemy of execution."
That's a great quote. I'm going to keep that in mind.
Great vid btw!
This video is EVERYTHING. I recently had an interior designer virtually design my whole office and now I’m going to change it up so I can have a rolling desk and a few different video back drops! So fun. Thank you Omar! Your videos have been saving my content life!
Love it, thanks for the video!
Thank you so much! :)
Never imagine the versatility that Omar can bring to this channel, your'e the best bro!
Hi Omar!! I'm binge watching your amazing videos. I just complete eight videos. Yes I'm taking notes. And my goal is to apply your tips and suggestions to my new videos. Thank you for sharing. 👏
Mr ElTakori - your presentations have a wonderful balance of creativity and practicality. Keep up the great work.
Hi Omar,
Absolutely fantastic room. Thanks for sharing your awesome tips and ideas. Have a great weekend. 🥳 🎉💡
YES! This is what I'm talking about! I've been trying to set something up like this in my little humble office for the past two months!
Omar. YOU KING. What a super video - I've been thinking for months about HOW to get more light permanently set up in my office, and the overhead bars are genius. Thanks for the wonderful advice!
Super engaging and great tips as well! Thanks Omar!
Awesome tips. Thanks.
Great video, Omar!! Great tip on the backdrop for thumbnails!!
I’m amazed of your knowledge and your willingness in sharing
Awesome video! Thank you!
Very noce job on the office and presentation! Thx for all the suggestions!
Great video. Definitely helped solve some challenges I was facing. Thank you 🙏🏾
4:51 - oooh setup of the Mac mini and how all the gear is organised is ace. Love that! 👍🏼
WOW! I needed this video!!
thank you for the glimpse of idea
Great video!!!
Thanks for this. So timely
Nahhhh this is DEF one of my favorite videos from y'all! Love this.
Wow this is a really unique way to explain this set up 😊 thanks for explaining how you do this and it is really helpful to know how I can transform a space into different areas ❣ definitely given me something to think about :)
Thanks for the tips and sharing this idea to set up a studio.
This was majorly helpful thanks Omar
Awesome tips and advice!!
This video was amazing! A lot of great tips... My favorite was the thumbnail hack, what a game changer!!! Thanks for sharing 💯
Thanks Omar.. always learn a good many things for ThinkMedia!
Nice sharing!
Love the office thanks for sharing all the info.
This is the greatest help video of ALL-TIME.
Excellent video as usual!
Awesome video thanks
So awesome, I really appreciate all the valuable content you share! 🙏
Thank you for the tips! I desperately need to improve in this area.
Hi Omar,
It was a great watch! My niece is a RUclipsr, and several of my friends are also starting their journey as content creators. I am sure this will be the perfect video for all of them. It was a great watch, and I learned a lot of great tips that I will definitely use if I set up my RUclips channel in the future. For now, I will pass it along to people who are actually starting, and I really hope it helps them.
Mounted my Mini behind my monitor as well...saves so much desk space! It's a 32" iMac now... LOL! Personally, I love both the angle in the corner and the desk in the background. They are SO contrasting it makes for completely different shots.
This is amazing! As you know, Omar, I use my bedroom for shooting. Now I’m thinking how I can use my blank wall. Thank you!
This helped me so much thank you
Great ideas!
Love this!
This is exactly what I needed! I think we have the exact same office, but yours looks 100x better!
I always especially enjoy your videos, and this one made me feel better during a real crap week -- thank you! This time "Complexity is the enemy of execution" was the money line for me, so thanks again! My favorite angle in the views you shared is the one with the computer in the background. As I further my progress in getting my recording studio camera-ready, I'm being mindful of minimizing distracting, unsightly clutter and maximizing usable camera angles (as well as open space) as I get acquainted with my fancy new film gear. My channel will be up and running soon! ☺🙏🙏💫
P.S. I am a HUGE fan of readily-movable workstations and mounting things to reduce floor/desktop clutter. "Mount Everest of mounts" 😹
Thanks for your tips and ideas
Great video. I have to work with a corner in my room so gives me some good ideas how to make the most out of it.
This is the best video I've seen on a home studio setup! Thank you I have a million ideas now!
This video did so much good to me, Omar, I felt like pressing the like button multiple times. Thanks a ton for that!
What a creative way to set up a studio space for youtube video. Thanks.
The tension rods on ceiling is an awesome idea 💡 😮
Awesome studio man, 10/10
🔥🙏
I love that you’re sharing studio tips. I just wish my space could facilitate more but I barely have room to walk so whenever I set up I’m stuck in one spot. Thinking of redesigning the space since moving is much more expensive but it will also cost me quite a penny and I’m not monetized. I’ll have to make do with what I have but I’m not pleased with the look. My favourite background for my videos is not at my house 🤦🏻♀️lol
Nice! Love the closet idea!
Nice one. Learning
"Mount Everest"... 😂 Thanks for another fantastic vid!
Excellent video! Thanks for the details! working on a mod. for 2024 !
Great ideas! 👍🏾
GOAT-mar
I like your idea. Small but multiple walls. Your video is very clear and clean 👏👏
Good setup and have learnt something
Dope video, we are going to use these tips in our home office.
Awesome thanks good tips when I will finally open my RUclips channel 👍
Stay consistent with your RUclips Channel, You can only keep growing 💗
You got your Husky desk stained darker too! Nice. Been thinking of doing that.
Can you break down the mount everest bit by bit in 6:30, what kind of clamps and mounts do you need, how to do cable management, etc. That’d be awesome.
Thanks Omar
Another dope video..
LOL... "MAYBE, I WILL SHOW YOU THE WALL THST NOONE SEES." Just plain is good too.
Great video thanks Omar, in Singapore we live in generally small spaces and this definitely helped :)
Great video 👍
Praise be God for the talent He has given you brother and for you guys teaching so many others! Peace indeed!
At last somebody is honest about their studio space! Nice one!
Thanks!
Those are some great ideas
Wow. Omar “on the attack” Eltakrori. 💥
He did not have to flex his closet/desk like that. "Oh yeah, btw my desk doubles as a bat cave". Sick!
This is one of the most helpful videos! I love the idea of a floor plan that lends itself to multiple filming scenarios but my big iMac dominates the room. Interesting how you delegated that to a little cubby.
"Mount Everest" LOL the dad jokes were thicc in that segment. I'm here for it. Great Video, Omar! This was helpful.
Great stuff.. I was thinking of hanging a line of curtains ( moving blankets ) across one side of the room to cut down on echoes
I live in a small and cluttered apartment. I am currently trying to curate the one and only clear space I have, for my RUclips videos lol thank you for this!
Complexity is the enemy of execution 👏👏
Omar the 🐐
Great vid! I tend to change my background. But now I have a stable background in my channel.
I literally painted and designed my walls with the thought of making it pleasing as a background even before i started my channel and initially i had my gym equipment my bed and my studio in the same room … i was recently forced to switch it up though 😜
My favorite type of videos ima honestly start a channel dedicated to creative set ups
such a good video! Thank you! I rarely leave comments (such a distracted free spirit lol) - but I really enjoyed yours, so I had to!
Thank you so much!! We are glad this vide inspired you Lisy!
Thanks Cal :o)
How the hell do you make that fake lamp light???? lol!! This video is amazing! 💜💜
I love this video and gives such an inspiration on my own studio. How big is the room? It would really help giving a better understanding
Such great ideas! Beautiful space. Do you have a link for the wall calendar?
heck yes mounts
Sending gratitude from a Daoist monastery near Seattle (USA)!
Hey awesome video! What kind of light do you use for the hair light?
Nice tips! Can you link to the suspension rods you use?
Awesome video as always! At the time im not a office vlogger, but being vlogging primarily outside, can you link the camera you mentioned in the video? Currently using the A6400, but looking for an upgrade. Was also looking at the A7
Thanks for the video !
I can’t find the sound blanket link in the description… where does it come from ?
Man said Mount Everest! King of dad jokes!
Creating a RUclips setup can be very frustrating so thank you for simplifying things
Omar, great video! Regarding the Husky workbench from home depot, I dont see the dark stained wood top like yours. Did you stain it yourself?
