Awesome video as always. I am small RUclipsr, and I think that for small channels the most important thing is to get good presence from the beginning. If you are not popular, people won't care even if you have the best videos and the best content on platform. I am not beginner anymore, but I know how hard it can be (and honestly if I didn't use a lot of Famester, I would have quit a long time ago. It made everything much easier for me, especially getting to 1000 subs and view hours).

Honestly, the video made me feel validated in a weird way. Yes my channel is Tiny and yes I have a lot to learn, but Logan’s comment about 10 years hit hard because it’s taken me 8 to start gaining traction. Jimmy’s talk about 100 videos made me realize that I’m not “falling behind” like I sometimes feel. Great video, so glad to have an awesome resource like this!

I've really learnt a lot from Think Media since last month I came across this channel. I have been on RUclips for 4 years creating contents on lifestyle, relationship, beauty and all of that. But so far now, I've understood the importance of having a niche. I'm looking forward to starting a brand new channel, implementing all I've learnt so far here, using the Answering specific questions technique, I believe my channel will do well, bringing me closer to my propose of starting my small business here (RUclips channel)
I want to thank Think Media. I took their week long seminar 2 months ago. I started implementing their skills to my yoga studio and they worked right away, now this week, I started implementing their skills to my youtube channel and I am seeing improvements right away. This crew is no joke. again thanks!! Sincerely mundo iorio
I’ve been growing my guitar channel over the last two years or so. Finally hit 1k last year and now I’m encouraged to push even harder. This video was also motivating to listen to!
If you enjoy each step of the learning process, then mate you will get results no matter what. The major element is just time. I struggle with that a lot since I naturally want it all right now with that sweet monetization, lol.
Improving 1 thing with each video is awesome advice! I've enjoyed documenting in each video at the end of my description, each little thing I've tried to improve on one at a time vs trying to make do a total overhaul and being as pro as possible. Improving one thing at a time allows me to see the progression. After a dozen videos, that progression really becomes apparent after rewatching the first videos. This method has really gotten me to the point where I can see an inflection point of views and subscribers shooting up. I want to keep going this route and maintain that momentum. Also, improving those ideas along with titles and getting better with thumbnails are my next steps. Finally, thinking how to have better camera presence is something I'm trying to feel better with. I want to talk directly to people who I want to share my ideas with through the camera. This has become so much fun to do and I think that's probably one of the most important aspects...to have fun. 🙂
Just started my Chanel last month and I'm getting 100 plus views on my each last 3 videos and thinking this isn't good enough but after watching this I'm realising I'm on the right track. Wish everyone luck and keep making what you love and put all the effort and hardwork into it 🥂
Very interesting advice coming from a lot of the much bigger creators in 2024! I think at the end of the day, you just need to be patient and consistent with the videos that you upload. It is weird because I started about 2-3 weeks ago and some of my videos have popped off, but most have not. One aspect that was interesting to note that one of the videos that I did about AI has been taking off and it was a trending topic. Perhaps align future videos you create with more trending topics if it applies to your niche? Keep it up, my fellow small creators!
This video was very inspiring. I'm in the process of creating my content and joining the RUclips community as a creator. I'm a realistic person, I don't buy into all the hype that's seen on so many channels, thanks for keeping it real!
I’ve had a couple of videos reach 10k views but still don’t have 1000 subs yet. Granted i started this channel less than 6 months ago. But I feel the ball rolling and the need to keep putting out content. I think if I stay consistent I can hit it this time.
I think the point is to focus on getting better and not immediate results, that’s why a lot of people give up quickly. Don’t expect overnight success, prepare to work hard and enjoy the journey
Always wanted to get into content creation and I finally started to do it. I'm loving the process so far and I wouldn't trade my time for anything else right now. Good luck to all the small channels out there and to those wanting to start! We got this!

I had momentum going on with my channel and I stopped creating, for about 8 months and now it's like I'm starting over from scratch. It's kinda frustrating but I'm fully in this time and this time I'll make it. Thanks for the valuable information
Been at it for 2 years and the first year and a half it didnt do too well. This last 5 months have made me make 500 subscribers almost! It felt very random when it finally started pushing my content
I’ve been working on my channel for almost a year and consistently uploading once a week. God willing I’ll be able to monetize before the year’s end. It’s been rough. It’s so rough to reach the “watch time”. Just keep it up guys. Don’t stop.
Great advice. Good watch. I know exactly what you mean on a lot of this now that I’ve been grinding for a few years. One of my videos popped off and it’s making me some money and bringing in a consistent stream of subscribers. I’m focusing on being consistent with posting once a week and making quality cooking videos that I think my audience wants to see. I’ve seen how as the subscriber count grows, and the views increase, everything starts to snowball and it’s a fun ride… and this is only the beginning. I do love this and I’m not stopping anytime soon.
I don't think this is bad advice. Perhaps we shouldn't take it literally? It's about a lot of patience and endurance... Although, if you are only 20-25 years old, then to be honest, I would be glad to have success in this business by 35. I am 40 now, and I opened a channel a couple of months ago, I got about 100 subscribers and 20k views and I hope that this is just the beginning and if necessary, I’m ready to go for 10 years.
1 : start now.. Don't overthink 2: don't be afraid , ppl don't care 3: have patience and be consistently 4: analysis ur videos, every second counts. 5: create Great packing ->video idea, thumbnail and topics. 6: focus on target audience (want they want) more than algorithm. 7: •courage (the person who hold u back is u. Work missy) •start first () 8: don't be discouraged just because u don't get views. Find a community Don't allow discouraged to led u give up. Once u get viral or found the audience it start to to take off. They start to binge ur channel 9: try and put efforts in it.
I actually laughed when he said the first and most important thing when making your first video is courage because literally my first video on RUclips was me getting arrested by the cops. 😂
My first upload was in 2022 and then decided to give it a try one more time this month. 1 thing ive noticed is RUclips shorts is really helping in spreading impressions, hopefully this will be the start of something great 🙏 To all of us who are really working hard, lets keep on pushing. Never let the drive dry. We can do this 🎉
This video is so helpful! New creators, don't give up! keep up the great work. You're doing amazing things. And your hard work will pay off. i have been creating content for four months now. and it's been a rollercoaster. i am constantly striving to improve my content with each new video.
Everyone who sees this comment, remember that in exactly one year I will come back to this comment as one of the most successful RUclipsrs in my country and say "I told you guys" 🚀
Daaaamn. 10 years 😅 growth numbers are slow but sure! The most important is doing what you love, whether it’s making an impact, educating, being silly, sharing your life… just love it, and it will never feel like such a grind
Thank you for this video and very great advice! I am always afraid of judgement before posting any videos but now I will keep posting consistently. Let’s go small creators 🙌🏻
Lots of good takeaways here, my theory is as long as I remain authentic on my channel, and keep improving bit by bit eventually I’ll be able to achieve the dream
That tip 7 is the advice that I really need right now. I don't really have the courage to face the camera (although I want to do it) but I'm afraid to be judged by people around me. And also I was still thinking what kind of contents to upload.
Thanks. You made me feel more hopeful. Im almost at 40th video made. I was getting discouraged. I need education on SEO. I keep getting offers from people from Bangladesh to help with SEO. However, Im very skeptical about accepting their help. What suggestions do you have for seo?
If you don't understand SEO, try to educate yourself about it as best as you can, but the SEO business is full of scammers. Notice how none of the successful people in this video mentioned SEO. SEO is more for people with a website that makes them money, not the same for RUclips creators.
Hey everyone I’m just starting a faceless channel too and I wish you all the best with your YT channels! Keep consistent and stay persistent. If you ever think about giving up, REMEMBER WHY YOU STARTED! Good luck!!
Just start! I had no idea that I was going to be a RUclipsr or whatever you want to call it until I got bored one weekend and just wanted to talk in front of my phone camera! Been at it for 2 years and the first year and a half it didnt do too well. This last 5 months have made me make 500 subscribers almost! It felt very random when it finally started pushing my content
Here as a small creator that’s on this path to my first 100 videos. 🎉
I just created my RUclips channel last month. All of these informations are so comforting. Thank you for creating this video ❤.
Keep up! Try to put more effort on the thumbnail
@@kosaki333 thank you for the feedback 🥰
I’ve been working on my channel for almost a year and consistently uploading once a week. God willing I’ll be able to monetize before the year’s end. It’s been rough. It’s so rough to reach the “watch time”. Just keep it up guys. Don’t stop.
to everyone on this yt journey, we got this! keep them videos coming & we’ll all look back one day & be glad we stuck to it🙌
Great advice.
So valuable, what specific advice resonated with you?
I've posted 42 spread out over the years. I am fixing to go all out. Can't hurt to try. Good luck everyone!
Clown Paul: give yourself 10 years HAHAHAAHAHHAHA my neighbors literally heard me laughing, thanks for the humor
He is just saying what Gary Vee told him about “patience”😂🤷🏻♂️
We know deep down he doesn’t believe it😄
Paul is not right in his mind. Give yourself 10 years is such a stupid advice it hurts
I know, what awful advice
I don't think this is bad advice. Perhaps we shouldn't take it literally? It's about a lot of patience and endurance... Although, if you are only 20-25 years old, then to be honest, I would be glad to have success in this business by 35. I am 40 now, and I opened a channel a couple of months ago, I got about 100 subscribers and 20k views and I hope that this is just the beginning and if necessary, I’m ready to go for 10 years.
🎉🎉🎉
1 : start now..
Don't overthink
2: don't be afraid , ppl don't care
3: have patience and be consistently
4: analysis ur videos, every second counts.
5: create Great packing ->video idea, thumbnail and topics.
6: focus on target audience (want they want) more than algorithm.
7: •courage (the person who hold u back is u. Work missy)
•start first ()
8: don't be discouraged just because u don't get views.
Find a community
Don't allow discouraged to led u give up.
Once u get viral or found the audience it start to to take off. They start to binge ur channel
9: try and put efforts in it.
I actually laughed when he said the first and most important thing when making your first video is courage because literally my first video on RUclips was me getting arrested by the cops. 😂
My first upload was in 2022 and then decided to give it a try one more time this month. 1 thing ive noticed is RUclips shorts is really helping in spreading impressions, hopefully this will be the start of something great 🙏
To all of us who are really working hard, lets keep on pushing. Never let the drive dry. We can do this 🎉
If you are reading this, I hope your channel experiences growth in 2024! Don't give up. Keep pushing forward. 💪
This video is so helpful!
New creators, don't give up! keep up the great work. You're doing amazing things. And your hard work will pay off. i have been creating content for four months now. and it's been a rollercoaster. i am constantly striving to improve my content with each new video.
What’s the best tech stack for a small channel with limited resources?
I’m learning so much from this channel! I’m just starting… a big learning curve! Thank you for such great help!
Definitely gotta rewatch this a couple times.
Just started in August 24 and I got 173 subs . Good luck to all small channels and Thanks for your video. 🙂
Plus one from me.
All the best!
@@EmmasNatureEscapes 😍😍😍love your channel too .subscribed as well.

8:33 "Every second counts on a short' - solid example and tangible steps to take.
I just crossed my first 1K last week. Thanks you to the Think Media's Team
Well done!
@@ThinkMediaTV Thank you
Congratulations. I reached my 1k subscription in early January
I was scared what people will think about me but this video gave me courage and I’m gonna start my channel and do what I love doing.
Whenever you want to give up on your RUclips Channel, always remind yourself why you started in the first place.
It's doable ❤
What strategies or tips have worked best for you in boosting visibility and engagement on your channel?
Wish everyone!!!!
starting a channel in 2024 say hello and will be blessed with all the luck and success... Never give up and get to work!
Everyone who sees this comment, remember that in exactly one year I will come back to this comment as one of the most successful RUclipsrs in my country and say "I told you guys" 🚀
It's been a month how many videos have you made ?
You don’t have to prove anything to anyone man
See you in a year!
❤
Okay right know I have 7 subs. And like 15 videos. No comments and almost no views. Let’s goooo!!
Good luck everyone!!
Daaaamn. 10 years 😅 growth numbers are slow but sure! The most important is doing what you love, whether it’s making an impact, educating, being silly, sharing your life… just love it, and it will never feel like such a grind
If you’re reading this, your RUclips channel will grow, keep grinding and stay focused!
Oh man you dropped this ❤😍
Thank you for this video and very great advice!
Been grinding for 6years. Realized I needed to niche down and created 2 more channels still trying to get 1000 subs.
Great compilation 🎉❤ Thank you!
"dream team hustlers" this is my starter. Didn't do for 3 years now gonna smash it. Thank you for vidoe education and good luck to everyone!!!
Good luck!!
I am nervous about doing videos, but I do want to do them. I have to get over my fears.
Just start! I had no idea that I was going to be a RUclipsr or whatever you want to call it until I got bored one weekend and just wanted to talk in front of my phone camera! My videos suck since I just started but you just need to start and produce some videos at a sustainable rate.
Even if it is one video a week, it doesn't matter! You need to get your stuff out there in front of people, you got this!
Just go for it! You’ll be great
@@thelifewithnate Oh my goodness! Thank you so much!!! And thank you for sharing your experience with starting your RUclips journey!
I really must get the courage and just do it!!!
Again, thank you so much!!!
💛💛💛
Its hard! I love it and it’s still difficult. 😥
After 500 videos, what advice do you have for a really new beginner? Just spotted your RUclips channel and I would already say that you've reached an impressive amount of subscribers as a creator in the travel niche. Awesome channel!
Thanks. I really appreciate that! My advice would be to stay consistent and stay true to yourself
There are lots of small channels out there that are frustrated because they take so long to develop. This advice is very useful for increasing enthusiasm.
Thanks for this!! Very helpful
We’ve all got this, we just gotta keep going
Been on the grind for 2 years now. Pivoted into a niche after a year of Willy nilly uploads. Been starting to see some real growth recently at 2.6k subs. Newest video in the cooker has my best thumbnail/title by far.
Keep up the grind!!
1:00 I totally agree… my first vid got one view and that was from my grandfather. 😂
That made my day!!
Thank you for this video. My biggest take away is being consistent and not giving up. This not only applies to content creation but everything in life, school, relationships, etc. 🙏🙏🙏
Very and very useful information, friend, thank you
What strategies or tips have worked best for you in boosting visibility and engagement on your channel? Sharing insights can help the community thrive together!
We can do it! Let’s keep going! We will succeed and reach our goals! I believe in us ❤❤❤
Stay consistent but aim for above average content and to improve your content each time you post
Excellently said.
@@ThinkMediaTV thanks I believe if I keep doing what I commented I’ll eventually succeed
This video was exactly what I needed. I finally gathered the courage to start my channel. I'm like a sardine in the ocean but I'm loving it!
How does a 30 second clip get categorized as a video not a short? It was a (stop motion) video
On one of my channels I don't have ten videos yet but I feel so encouraged by what what you said because I am getting views even if they're not a lot.
You all can relate to this!!
Just started making third Video and my second Video is already Cringe 😂
Started our journey 😊😊Growing day by day 🎉learning lots of things from mistakes ❤❤
If you are reading this, I hope that your channel grows in 2024! Don't give up
Thanks bro this comment popes out at top ❤❤
I'm convinced that as long as I stay consistent that RUclips will recommend my videos and my channel will grow. I was inconsistent in the past bc I didn't have ideas of what to post. I'm weaving a story this time. 🤞
That's a really nice way of thinking thanks for sharing such insightful thoughts 🎉🎉🎉❤ keep up with the great 👍 content content content 🤠
