Great vid, thank you. I will be testing a Cowboy this week, I will look out for these potential flaws and know what sort of experience I could have dealing with this OEM...
Interesting comments on Cowboy. I am very pleased with the bike and have no vibration whatsoever via the belt. Also no play in my battery holder and a flush head light. You may have been unlucky with a grumpy Monday Cowboy. However, I did change the riding position by increasing the height of the handlebar with an extender for a much more comfortable ride.
Great to hear your positive experience, how much did you paid for handlebar extension, do you have any links for that? Would be great if they could do similar custom made options as Nireeka. Looking to order one of those for my dad, who wont use iPhone and wonder if its still a good pick? My 3 billet points in this bike: design, light weight, easy to drive
I get this very bad feeling that all of the modern start up compainies offering modern products like these Bikes from Cowboy and vanmoof and the others are all at war with each other with misinformation online about each others products etc and also using reviews of certain products with teh headline but indirectly using the headline of the video to promote another product ( Which is not advertised in the headline of the video ) ...It sticks out like a thumb . not this one 100% but many are .. this is why you have to take many reviews with a pinch of salt . For security best going to your local bike shop or several bike shops and trying out all of the different bikes available and buy one there..
I am not surprised about this based on my 3 years of owning Vanmoof bikes. I don’t trust the newer Dutch electric bike companies that have custom anything.

Good one. I am sure you’ll love your new bike. Just keep an eye on the issues and you’ll be fine. Safe riding

Glad to hear that. They are pretty looking bikes aren’t they
@@StudioReesau Indeed they are, but add-ons, for me higher handlebars and a rack, affect the sleek silhouette.

As I understood, you can’t start ride without phone application, is it so?
Ampler is the way to go☝️
a question :
is it easy to disassemble and reassemble the rear wheel with the carbon chain?
Hi, it is not as easy as the chain drive but yes, you’ll just have to release the belt’s tension and the wheel comes off
Just ordered mine today. Waiting time unfortunately about month, which is quite long, but Hope everything will fine

Thanks for your video, btw, you got many many sms/messenges on your phone while making the video :)
Hahah, even was annoyed. I can only apologise 😁
Very odd to have all of these issues in the same bike. Loose battery?
I’ve had mine for 3+ years and have none of the problems mentioned
I have a Vanmoof if you ride 25 kmh you get around 80 km , at 21-22 kmh setting can go 100+
Hi, i saw you commented on a vid about the binatone brick. do u still have the phone i am interested in purchasing it off you.
Hi Gail. Unfortunately, I no longer have that phone
Was it easy to replace the saddle?
Very simple. Took me less than 5 mins
4000km with this bike still in love.
Glad to hear. Its a beautiful bike.
BEAUTIFUL BIKE, but dislike the RIDING POSITION and you can't put very high BARS on this style of NECK. Not a FAN.
I had the same issue! If only you could adjust the he height of the handle bars
Charge your camera battery please.
