Problem with spare parts I have had a Cowboy bike since 2022. The battery broke down because one of the connectors is worn out. I removed the small metal part that makes the contact between the bike and the battery, cleaned it and put it back in place. It is very worn and this should not last very long but the bike works again. When I contact Cowboy's after-sales service and explain the situation to them, they offer to sell me a new battery for €490. Their solution is very expensive when the connection plug can be unscrewed so it just needs to be changed and not at all sustainable because we will pollute by throwing away a battery that still has 65 km of autonomy on its last charge. I can transfer the messages of my exchanges with their after-sales service if you don't believe me.
What a slick looking bike. Love the name too. Pricey cost, but appreciate the company innovating the ebike field as the ebike industry been mostly stagnant for the last 3 year.
I'm really liking this bike. But this video left too much unanswered, How many watt hours is the battery? Is it a 250watt motor? How many nM of power does the motor provide the rider?

@ChigzTech Do you know if the prefitted rear rack is easily removable?
Great review, thanks.

Thanks for watching, yes it's a pretty cool ebike.

Does he not answer those questions at 3:55?
@@MikeStevens You are quite correct. Thank you for setting me straight. I don't see how I could have missed it. I've edited my comment.
Going down a hill is easy, why didn't you go up it?
