Step 1: be Asian
In my personal experience, I've encountered numerous Asians who appear younger than their actual age. While the East Asian diet generally promotes better health compared to the typical Western diet, I'm inclined to believe that their sustained youthful appearance into middle age is largely influenced by genetics.
asians have small layer of fat under their whole skin to protect them from the cold. You can observe it over their eyes, but it is actually everywhere, thanks to that it is harder for them to get wrinkles. This guy added to that not getting fat, and having his hair black and voila. White people can't do it.
Is it because they can’t grow facial hair?
Asian research shows that higher meat intake associates with better health outcomes and longer life. This might be because of the healthy user effect. In Asia, meat is associated with health and so healthy people eat more meat. But maybe there really is something about meat. Japanese longevity has increased in line with their increase in meat consumption. It would be interesting to know what this model is eating.
You are biased to the bone... Cherry picking per excellence. You need to get out of you eccho chamber. Go into any serious Asian university and they will tell you the reverse; more meat intake, in lieu of the totality of the evidence, equals more lifestyle disease. Your cognitive ability is completely hijacked by your fake intellectual gurus on RUclips.
Asian genetics, which means he has smaller, more youthful facial structure and less wrinkled skin.
Also he doesnt smile and is low bodyfat so he doesnt develop smile lines.
I love these haters who try to impose having a "family" on others. Yeah, a nagging wife and screaming kids sound great. Like they say, "misery loves company."

My wife (chinese) is 53 yet she looks like 25. She often gets confused by our 20 y.o daughter's older sister and even our 18 y.o son's girlfriend 😅. Great genetics for sure. Not a wrinkle, silk smooth skin, amazing metabolism and self care discipline. Me on the other side, as a white caucasian male in my mid 40's, look...well, like exactly that. 😢

Actually we passed the point several years ago where only 50% of adults globally ever got married and had kids. The single life is now becoming the norm. So who knows, maybe in a few decades that'll be a notable achievement too.
Unfortunately, the reduction of marriages is due to the moral degradation of society. More people are selfish, either don’t want or can’t keep commitments, see children as burdens instead of the gifts from God that they are (and so they refuse to procreate), and much more. All of those things lead to the destruction of humanity if left unchecked.

I am Singaporean too n I am 50. Singaporeans generally look younger than their age, it's common. Those who invest, generally has a better body line like Chuan Do does. But the focus is always on Japan when it comes to health n longetivity.

He looks fantastic for his age but he has had a lot of work done to his face.
I don't see any of the usual telltale signs of that, and I'm his age and have had a bit of work done over the years.

If you watch video footage of him he has frozen features only his eyes and mouth move and he has probably had many of the same procedures as Bryan.

He has grey hair and admittedly dyes it. He would not look so young with his natural grey hair
He said he had a few grey four years ago, so he likely has more than a few grey hair today.
He dyes his hair, is careful to not wrinkle his face, and also uses sunblock on his face. Mystery solved.

Ahh ha , yeah but good surgery/injectables, you can't tell. Easy to see the bad and obvious stuff like overfilled lips/cheeks. Little tweaks here and there by a great doctor are pretty much impossible to see. I've got both filler and botox at 47 (and male) and no-one notices including my family, they just think i look the same as 5-10 years ago. If you already have great genetics, and he was/is a model, its easy to tweak around the edges with a little sprinkling of treatments to support what was already there and you can look flawless. I'd say its highly likely he's had a little help in that department, especially given he's in an industry that focuses on appearance. Not to take away from the fact that he looks amazing for 57 and even with a little botox/lasers he looks far better than you'd expect at 3 years off 60....
yeah genetics is a thing dude, yeah not sure what people think 50 year old's are supposed to look like but unless you work outside you can have that skin tone at 50, I did

Asian does age slow but not like that slower than westerners. You can always find people aging faster than their actual age but their lifestyle is crap. Lifestyle accelerate your age dramatically.
I've always noticed that Brits and a now majority of Americans age more rapidly than most of the rest of the globe. Possibly due to the processed sugary foods and inactive lifestyles. Lack of melanin and low vitamin D likely doesn't help either.
