You eat better than 99.9% of nutrition/health RUclipsrs. You’re not brainwashed by ideological diets like carnivore or vegan. Your diet is truly the definition of balanced.
I’ve been on and off eating healthily, but now I’m consistently eating healthily and my diet is whey similar to yours. I’m maxing out almost every single micronutrient, everyday.
People focus on macros and flawed diet philosophies. The ultimate diet focuses on micronutrients - your diet clearly focuses on this. From a fellow whole foods based omnivore, I’m impressed 👊🏻

Very similar diet as I have! Balanced! Oats, whey, low fat milk, some seeds, lots of greens, some berries, a banana here and there, chicken/white meat, eggs, sugarfree protein/oat bread, greek yoghurt, I basically live on this every day and I only eat 2 times a day, a few hours before working and a slightly bigger meal after working out. I might eat a small meal before if it's been to many hours since "Breakfast". My breakfast is usually my lunch :)

Try adding one problematic food at a time to your diet, in very tiny amounts, while avoiding anything that harms intestinal microbiome. I've started to add beans in tiny amounts, after improving my diet overall, and can finally eat them again.

4:12 it's not only Estonian, here in Russia we call it "холодец" (kholodets). I was very surprised when I learned that this "meat jelly" is not very common in the West, at least in North America. In the United States, people generally don't recognize this food, many consider it weird.

I think foods like this were probably much more common in America 100+ years or so ago. The industrial revolution, which took everyone off the farm and put them into factories completely screwed up our diets.

I'm curious for you to talk about the reason why yoir diet has changed. It looks from this video like you ate a lot more meat a year ago. I am wondering if this perception is correct or if i only see this due to how you are showing the meats in their bulk amount here, whereas in your recent day of eating video, i can see the portion is actually quite measured and deliberate.

What part of his slowed speed of aging did you not understand? The fact that he is healthy as a 28 year old is not special in itself of course. The fact that he has managed to slow down his speed of aging to 0,62 is however extraordinary. If he keeps it up, it means that even though he is 71 years old, it will be like he is still in his 50s

I think you covered pretty much all your bases for foods literally everything you showed is for longevity. One thing you could change up is instead of the dry seaweed, there is seaweed you can get from asian stores that is fresh seaweed frozen you can cook i find it more potent. It a lot better and it raises sirt6 better. The moose meat and elk meat grass fed is extremely underrated when you cook it well you raise your active coq10 which rejuvenates your cells and mitochondria, carnosine levels etc.
