Love this!! You had me at fennel!! Growing lots of it this year!
how are you jamy I want to teach you the national dish of my country RICE WITH FISH
Wow, can almost smell it just watching this. 100% going to give this one a go this weekend.
Jamie’s staff who May read this - yet to see him use an air fryer which surprises me do to their speed and versatility. Can we expect to see an air fryer recipes soon?
I’d eat it without the cheese or cream! I can smell it from here 😊
I watched this 2 - 3 times, trying to decide what I'd like to serve with it, and eventually plumped for this; slices of medium rare Welsh lamb steak, and, (spot the glutton) a couple of nests of egg pappardelle, dressed with good olive oil, Barber's Farm butter and cracked Egyptian black pepper I would be interested to hear what others would have. The speeded up arosti scene had me dribbling. Nice one Jamie! 😋👍
Hello Jamie🤩🤩 watching you from Rome Italy 🇮🇹
Tried this tonight. It was a very easy prep and tasted delicious. I’ve never tasted anything quite like it before.
300mil was a bit too much water - so drained that at the end of the hour. 150mil would have done the job.
Lastly - When a chef says 200, does that mean 180fan?
Keep at it Jamie. You taught me to love cooking at uni in the 90s
Just love fennel, great dish. Greetings from Munich love your channel❤happy new year.
Artichokes in oil, very Spanish!
Delicious 😋
I would advise to put less water or have the water be already boiling. I made this tonight and took out the foil and it was still full of water. Even after the additional 20mins, it really didn't reduce all that much. Thus when I put the cream and cheese it just turned into a mess. There were some nice burnt parts here and there but the rest was just a mess. Really disappointed. 🙄
One of my all time favs that I never hardly make and when I do, I eat it all.
I have never cooked fresh fennel...going to try!!
Why u know whats good for me? It is the meal I dreamt of but I just needed this input from u to see clear. Thx!
Muy guay la receta pero la gente normal no podemos tener el horno encendido por una hora para unas papas😢 recomiendo hervirlas casi del todo y acabar en horno con diez minutillos será suficiente.
Could be great with Tahini also instead of cream
J’adore ❤
Зачем я смотрю это ночью!? У меня текут слюни, я срочно хочу это попробовать😅❤
This has to be one of your most brilliant vids - short, simple - just wonderful.
❤❤ wow so delicious
No salt at all?
Ok, there's salt. Was just missing in the recipe!
This look delicious! I’ll probably try using onions instead of fennel because I know my family won’t even give it a try with it. 🤦
Don't tell them.
😮 I love Jamie's recipes but we Italians who live in Italy don't season our food with pickled oil, it's not of good quality, better virgin olive oil.
womp womp cry about it.
Totally agree. Growing up in an Italian home, we enjoyed freshly sliced finocchio with a simple dribble of the best olive oil mixed with a little salt. Nothing better…
💙💙💙💙💙💙💙
Thank you. Interesting simple and same time not simple recipe. Because of the products. I even didn't know about the fennel
Привет тебе из России) Приезжай в гости)
Love it 🥰
I just all the ingredients accept the Fennel they are out of it. I disliked Fennel but one day my neighbor made some fennel salad and this was years ago. Seeing your recipe like the other one made me fall in love again with fennel. Making this tomorrow!
What kind of oil do ppl use ..
Comments welcome❤
Beautiful, gorgeous...I wish I could these words
This was great! I will do it again. I saved the artichoke oil and used it with other things needing oil.

200 Celsius is not 450 Fahrenheit, its 400 (well 392 if we’re splitting hairs). Come on chef. This is 101 cooking knowledge!
Disgusting
