Can you go deeper on Pinterest? Perhaps a whole video? What does it mean to optimize your Etsy listings for Pinterest? Do the hashtags act like Etsy tags do for helping people see your pin? When you use the Pinterest extension to create a pin, does it automatically use the share and save link to bring your traffic in, or will it use the normal Etsy link URL?
Hey Elizabeth! I will write this down for a future video. I made one 2 years ago but mispronounced 'Pinterest' 10 times that I deleted it, haha! Here's some quick answers to your Q's though: 1) Optimizing is making sure you are using keywords for Pinterest. Pinterest has it's own algorithm and the best research is in the Pinterest search bar(like Etsy) where if you search 'gift ideas' and hit the spacebar then you'll get some suggestions to keywrods to add into your Pinterest description. 2) Hashtags aren't as widely used as on Instagram - as far as I've found- so I try to do 3 to 5 hashtags but you can add up to 20. I've found Pinterest uses the keywords in the description & title more. 3) Pinterest does not use the Share & Save link. This is a great Q and something I should have noted in the video! Is there a benefit to pinning this way versus sharing from within Etsy shop dashboard? It certainly seems easier. I’ve been creating my pins in canva, which allows me to make sure they are sized and oriented correctly, then sharing g via canva. It’s a pain!

Examples are '90's throwback', 'fiction book lovers', 'corgi parents', your communities you apart of (this is what I recommend) such as you college/university, high school, town, workplace, your hobbies, etc. I recommend to join groups you are also passionate in as joining FB groups just to sell doesn't work and can lead to getting removed from the group quickly. Hopefully this helps!
I got a question concerning niche research. In another video you suggested searching for low competiton niches. I have the problem that I can not see how many listings are posted for the keyword I typed in. It just says "1000+" listings, is there a way to figure the exect number out? I tried everbee but still same result.

I ordered my first sample with the Printify Choice option back in January, and when I got it, the 2 lines of simple straight block text were VERY NOTICEABLY rotated several degrees counterclockwise. I reached out to Printify to get a reprint, which they were very happy to do, but the second attempt was worse than the first. At that point, I decided to never use Printify Choice. But recently I noticed that they guarantee a 9+ rating on the printer they select for this, and I don't think that was the case when I tried 6 months ago.
HELP!!!!! , do you know Etsy old listing format will be gone this month? How we are going to make bundle listings? I was trying last night and its making impossible to add more than one products. Please we'll need help!!!!!!

The shop is alive and well, currently at a hundred to a few hundred profit per month this year so far but haven't been working on it like I should- I haven't added new listing since last years RUclips challenges, haha! I just haven't shown it anymore because I leaked the new shop last year in a past video(now deleted). Every time I center content around my shop that tends to happen, I accidentally leak my shop or people super sleuth and find it. I may consider showing it for an update on the shop/how it's doing or incorporate it into another challenge though later this year.
Thanks for the video Heather, how would you use social media if you are in the UK but you only sell to US Etsy customers? Hey Dave! As far as I know, Pinterest doesn't show pins based by your geographic location(please quote me if I'm wrong & you heard differently though). From statistics, a large amount of Pinterest users are from the US so you more than likely will be shown to US pinners.
