Would you be referring to after having a "boating experience" and wanting to purchase a boat, just from the experience without taking the time to do your research? Or are you referring to someone who already has a boat, but it hasn't been on the water for some time, and instead of checking to make certain that the boat is in proper running order; you just jump in the boat, based off of the other great "boating experience" you had in times past?
