One of my friends took his old row boat trailer and put some used PVC boards from on work on the bottom. As soon as the boards got wet it worked awesome.
Definitely not too old, just too out of shape!!!! got more years on than the both of you!! Looking to get these bunk boards this year.
They look similar to trex deck or one of the others. Might search locally and assemble my own version to save some money.

Ive got a Kingfisher Flex Sport I bought new in 2017 with about the identical trailer as you have. From the factory Ive had trouble with the bunks. I was just checking into Ultimate Bunks. What size is your KF? I thought I heard you said you went with 9 foot bunks. I need 10s but its 250 bucks to ship them. I'm in Minnesota also and was just wondering what you paid for shipping
It's an 1825 Falcon and my boards are 9ft. I think I paid $140 for shipping.
Where did you get the brackets from where the boards sit on ?
