Started: 04/29/2024 Day 1: Complete, feeling refresh and ready to take on the world 💖 Day 2: ✔ Day 3: Had to take a break due to pain. Day 4: ✔ Doing it twice today. Also quick update with weight wise: 4/30 - 177.14 to 5/02 - 174.82 so fricking proud and feeling amazing!! Day 5: ✔Visited family and told me my face looks slimmer and that I lost some weight, love this!! Day 6: Got told I look like I'm losing weight from someone who seen me last month ^^ feels great!! Day 7-10: Rest due to ankle swollen and in pain. Will be finding other exercises for like sitting or laying down to help with the healing process. Will be still doing the other two down below. Weighed on Day 8: In the morning I hit 172.4 which marks losing 8 lbs from 04/01 (yes ik wasn't around the beginning of all this but still lost quite a bit) this is amazing to me! Hey you don’t ever have to get depressed again. Accept Jesus as Lord and savior. He saved me from both depression and anxiety it’s his righteousness he gives us as a gift that saves us not our own works. Not going to religion. Just follow Jesus give him life and heart. God will take away dark depression a dark thing completely so it never can come back again. Workouts help but nothing helps like Jesus he will set you completely free forever. Ask him to reveal himself to you.

Today is my 14th day. I would definitely recommend this. Although flat tummy quite is relative depending upon how bulging your tummy is. I have definitely seen inch loss along with a clean diet. I shall continue to follow this routine until I get flat or a decently flat tummy. I have a mommy pouch so it wouldn’t be completely flat.
I started this workout yesterday, and when I woke up today, I can truly say that I don’t feel bloated anymore, unlike those times when I wasn’t doing this exercise. It’s my day 2 now, and I like it because it’s a standing workout with no jumps.❤️

First of all thank you soo much for this workout video its soo good and doable.. i will be doing this for the next 35 - 40 days. Day - 1 i was able to do it . Felt little tired after 8 minutes. So, i took a 2 minute break and then continued i was able to complete the workout and was sweating a lot even in 🥶. as a 12 yr old ive been doing this workout for the past 6 days with 3 other ones nd drinking lemon water every morning and without dieting but i have been eating smaller portions and staying away from fast food but i still eat snacks and like ice cream here and there and i have been noticing differences. they arent so big changes but my stomach has gotten a little smaller and my arms too.

Please go to a doctor and get checked for Thyroid Disease like Hashimoto. They need to check you blood. You might have an underactive Thyroid. Read about the tests you need and make sure the doctor checks for everything - most doctors have no idea about Thyroid issues especially in people under 30. Be aware that even Oprah Winfry’s doctors did not diagnose her for 20 years! She suffered a long time - even with all her money! It is not difficult to treat as you would get thyroid replacement pills. It is harder to loose weight, BUT it is doable! (Stop eating junk food, especially anything with sugar in it. Stop eating chips, cheetos and the like. You might also be gluten intolerant - meaning try not to eat too much bread and pasta. If you have skin problems as well you might not tolerate dairy/milk products (laktose intolerance). You need a good doctor who is willing to check as this. Because of your age they will try to ignore you! Keep talking and beg if you have to. It is possible that several of your family members have thyroid and other issues. Good luck! Never give up.

Really recommend this workout for toning up, completed a session every other day for 2 weeks (dropped the cardio sessions I normally do so that I could properly see what happened) and have seen a noticeable difference as my stomach is flatter and legs more toned Had a pair of shorts that were a bit too tight about 4 weeks ago, and they now do up easily - will definitely be continuing with this as 15 minutes is so manageable in a busy schedule, thanks Mizi!

Update my result after 14 days; I have done this every morning for 15 minutes for 14 days without any extra exercise or diet, don't change my eating and sleeping patterns. My result is: I can see/feel some change on my abs, not much because I haven't exercised for a long long time. But this is just a starting point because after trying this for 14 days, I feel fresh in the morning and less tired. So, I plan to do longer and harder exercises after today. I recommend this video to anyone who wants to start their workout because it's easy to follow and doesn't take too much time. Thank you, @MIZILEE, for creating this one. 😊

First time doing something like this and really enjoyed it! After not moving at all for years I'm trying to add excersice in my daily routine and this was perferct for a rest day when I don't feel like walking. This was so fun thank you so much!
Presently there is no much difference, but I am enjoying it, as it is easy and only for 15 min. But if you are quite an expert in exercises and stuffs you can try out her 30 min workout plan which is little more upscale. Anyways I will update again after 14 days.😊
for me, i like to skip dinner. in many countries dinner is like the big meal of the day, but for me, lunch is. usually i have a small sandwich for dinner but sometimes i skip it and replace it with something healthier. like maybe a cucumber, or low fat yogurt. also if you do this, going to the kitchen every 5 minutes and snacking on something. convince yourself to stop, its really effective and most of ur weight gain may come from it! question: did u reach 33 inches??

I started this exercise after i thought that,as a teen,being overweight is kinda insecuring. I started this exercise 2 weeks ago,my waist was 39 before I started this,but now,it's 37,I did not just do this,as I also added some planks and plank twist as well as some crunches. I also started following the schedule of the "loose weight app" alternatively. Also,ate little portions of food. I'm 67 kg,I want to be 40 as soon as possible.

I just completed 142nd day of workout today excluding 37 resting days in between ! Feeling good ! Thirty minutes I have decided per day but that excludes one hour dancing the day I ma going to dance I am going to workout for ten to fifteen minutes only hush ! Feeling good !
I started the workout today. I'm a 21 year old female with a height of 5'4 and weigh 55kg. May I ask what food should I eat during my weight loss journey? I stopped eating rice. DAY 1 ✅ - I have an asthma so I took 30 secs or so rest every time the current workout ends since i couldn't breathe properly if i did it for 15 mins straight without breaks. So far I'm loving it. I feel refreshed. I might do this for a month and might change to sitting/lying down exercises to tone my stomach (will only do this if this workout would flatten my stomach) thanks mizi!
I practiced dancing from elementary to high school- and recently I'm trying to lose my weight, and this workout bring back memories! There are lots of stretches that match my dace moves, and I'm so glad for that. Now workout doesn't feel like a chore but a fun thing. Thank you Mizi!

Ive done this for 14 days and have noticed a difference. I dont have a flat stomach but had a belly so i guess it depends on your size. Will definitely continue to do these workouts. I started walking everyday and didnt notice any change but like i said ive noticed a change with this one in 14 days.

Hello all. I’m 11 and I know it’s young but I know it good to start my weight lose journey now. I have been doing water diets which is really helpful with losing weight ( try it out while working out) I will update you all as I know you are all curious if this works.
I have lost 2 kgs in 2 weeks I am following intermittent fasting although I can't keep it up mostly, this exercise and I am under 500 calorie defecit, I have to attend my cousin's wedding in oct to working hard to look good
Day 1 : ✅ was pretty hard ❤ weight :66 target :50 Day 2 : it was pretty hard but I did it with lots of breaks Day 3 :was kinda easy to do today Day 4 : started seeing some results and was pretty sore Day 5 : wasn't that hard today Day 6 : it is literally easy now Day 7 : loss 1kg 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 Day 8 :omg it was kinda hard today again Day 9 : 😔😔 didn't do it today Day 10 : did it Day 11 : did Day 12 : saw results and did it! Day 13 : omg loss 2kg Day 14 : ye did It So I would recommend this it's actually a bit hard when just started but gets easier by the time also gives really good results! These are great at home workouts. But you cannot target fat... Especially belly fat. It all comes down to nutrition and calorie intake when it comes to losing body fat. Exercise helps burn calories and build strong muscles and maintain heart health
I just completed 88th day of my belly workout excluding 11 resting days so more than three months of persistent efforts to tone my abs at least fifteen minutes standing workout is must to have desirable effect best is thirty minutes a day but as I have included stretching in my exercise routine I don't want to give more than fifteen minutes to reduce my belly fat which is anyways not there but to tine and strengthen my abs ! Thanks Mizi your workouts just feel right they make me sweat and feel light and exhausted that's refreshing and not tiring ! Keep posting twenty fifteen minutes of abs workout including five minutes leg and back stretching in that time of twenty to 25 minutes it just feels so right perfectly right ! Hush have a nice day ahead !

Please go to a doctor and get checked for Thyroid Disease like Hashimoto. They need to check you blood. You might have an underactive Thyroid. Read about the tests you need and make sure the doctor checks for everything - most doctors have no idea about Thyroid issues especially in people under 30. Be aware that even Oprah Winfry’s doctors did not diagnose her for 20 years! She suffered a long time - even with all her money! It is not difficult to treat as you would get thyroid replacement pills. It is harder to loose weight, BUT it is doable! (Stop eating junk food, especially anything with sugar in it. Stop eating chips, cheetos and the like. You might also be gluten intolerant - meaning try not to eat too much bread and pasta. If you have skin problems as well you might not tolerate dairy/milk products (laktose intolerance). You need a good doctor who is willing to check as this. Because of your age they will try to ignore you! Keep talking and beg if you have to. It is possible that several of your family members have thyroid and other issues. Good luck! Never give up.

Really recommend this workout for toning up, completed a session every other day for 2 weeks (dropped the cardio sessions I normally do so that I could properly see what happened) and have seen a noticeable difference as my stomach is flatter and legs more toned
Had a pair of shorts that were a bit too tight about 4 weeks ago, and they now do up easily - will definitely be continuing with this as 15 minutes is so manageable in a busy schedule, thanks Mizi!

Update my result after 14 days; I have done this every morning for 15 minutes for 14 days without any extra exercise or diet, don't change my eating and sleeping patterns.
My result is:
I can see/feel some change on my abs, not much because I haven't exercised for a long long time. But this is just a starting point because after trying this for 14 days, I feel fresh in the morning and less tired. So, I plan to do longer and harder exercises after today.
I recommend this video to anyone who wants to start their workout because it's easy to follow and doesn't take too much time. Thank you, @MIZILEE, for creating this one. 😊

for me, i like to skip dinner. in many countries dinner is like the big meal of the day, but for me, lunch is. usually i have a small sandwich for dinner but sometimes i skip it and replace it with something healthier. like maybe a cucumber, or low fat yogurt. also if you do this, going to the kitchen every 5 minutes and snacking on something. convince yourself to stop, its really effective and most of ur weight gain may come from it! question: did u reach 33 inches??

I started this exercise after i thought that,as a teen,being overweight is kinda insecuring. I started this exercise 2 weeks ago,my waist was 39 before I started this,but now,it's 37,I did not just do this,as I also added some planks and plank twist as well as some crunches. I also started following the schedule of the "loose weight app" alternatively. Also,ate little portions of food. I'm 67 kg,I want to be 40 as soon as possible.

It’s been a 2 weeks (14 days) and I don’t see any obvious changes, but there are changes my stomach has gotten flatter. But patience is key so I’ll keep going until I see obvious changes. If u really want changes u might have to do this more than 14 days.

I started the workout today. I'm a 21 year old female with a height of 5'4 and weigh 55kg. May I ask what food should I eat during my weight loss journey? I stopped eating rice.
DAY 1 ✅ - I have an asthma so I took 30 secs or so rest every time the current workout ends since i couldn't breathe properly if i did it for 15 mins straight without breaks. So far I'm loving it. I feel refreshed. I might do this for a month and might change to sitting/lying down exercises to tone my stomach (will only do this if this workout would flatten my stomach) thanks mizi!
You don’t need to avoid certain types of food to lose weight. Just focus on eating healthy. And be on deficit ❤️
I practiced dancing from elementary to high school- and recently I'm trying to lose my weight, and this workout bring back memories! There are lots of stretches that match my dace moves, and I'm so glad for that. Now workout doesn't feel like a chore but a fun thing. Thank you Mizi!

Ive done this for 14 days and have noticed a difference. I dont have a flat stomach but had a belly so i guess it depends on your size. Will definitely continue to do these workouts. I started walking everyday and didnt notice any change but like i said ive noticed a change with this one in 14 days.

These are great at home workouts. But you cannot target fat... Especially belly fat. It all comes down to nutrition and calorie intake when it comes to losing body fat. Exercise helps burn calories and build strong muscles and maintain heart health

I just completed 88th day of my belly workout excluding 11 resting days so more than three months of persistent efforts to tone my abs at least fifteen minutes standing workout is must to have desirable effect best is thirty minutes a day but as I have included stretching in my exercise routine I don't want to give more than fifteen minutes to reduce my belly fat which is anyways not there but to tine and strengthen my abs !
Thanks Mizi your workouts just feel right they make me sweat and feel light and exhausted that's refreshing and not tiring ! Keep posting twenty fifteen minutes of abs workout including five minutes leg and back stretching in that time of twenty to 25 minutes it just feels so right perfectly right !
