- This Tomato & Basil Bruschetta is absolutely fantastic. It is great as a appetizer or side dish for your next event. I even make this and eat for lunch. Using a good balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil, the tomato mixture is put on top of grilled bread. You will love it! Enjoy! Please share!

Great recipe! I used to make this a few years ago but I also grilled the ingredients with sliced green olives and grated cheese on top of the toasted bread so that it was served hot. Whatever, it is delicious anyway SO thanks for sharing and please keep up the good work.

ressa319 Thanks for watching Reesa! You will love this! Unfortunately, my allergy prevents me from having most milk products. It is interesting because some people can still eat butter....me included...because it has very little milk protein. At least I have the butter huh?
