I think they had some kind of cream cheese layered on the bread before the tomato mixture. They also had some kind of basalmic reduction drizzled on the plate. Loved your presentation and am going to practice right away. Thanks!

i think adding some balsamic vinegar to this is essential, the vinegar really compliments the other flavours and brings a wonderful sharpness.
