I made that last week, no onions, fresh crushed garlic and loads of bread instead of baguette. I add the balsamic vinegar at the top instead of mixing with the tomato. Oh and I keep all the juices
Love this ! Very similar to my recipe. I sometimes shave good Parmesan cheese on top and stick them under the broiler for around 30 seconds to a minute.
