    Day 1 completed ✅️ (sweating, arms ache, heat from the body, high heartbeat) I'll measure myself now let's see after a week ❤

    This is my 1st day doing this arms exercise i love it i feel pain in my muscles and i hope its really works for me i do this everyday starting now so day 1 done ☺☺☺ tommorow again

    Я делаю эти упражнения во время работы: каждые 2 часа делаю перерыв и только занимаюсь не более 10 минут, потом возвращаюсь обратно к сидячей работе. Очень помогает. Спасибо.

      @@bushramustafa5863 yea I was 205lb now I’m 170 after doing it for a while, but you get used to it. If you do it every day you won’t get tired of fast and it won’t hurt that bad anymore.
