Did you try the stretches in this video? The "Sleeper" and "Traction" are my two favorite when my shoulder feels painful - which ones did you like? Also - I recommend you supplement your stretches with some rotator cuff strengthening; here are the exercises I recommend to do that at home: ruclips.net/video/I1-ntOyFCA8/видео.html Hope you feel better! 🙏🏼
Before I found your video I tried the child's pose, ragdoll pose and cow face pose. Seemed to help for the moment but along with your stretches I may be able to tolerate the pain until it works its way out 😊
So my left shoulder is super painful. It's clicking and popping. I have a bit of difficulty with some of these stretches, and laying on my left side is owieeee. Could this be impingement?
Is there an alternative or modification to the traction stretch for people like me who are too short to reach the top of the door and dont have pull-up bars?
Laxity usually = lack of stability from a lack of strength. Definitely recommend you look into some shoulder/rotator cuff strengthening exercises. Here are a few of my favorites: ruclips.net/video/I1-ntOyFCA8/видео.html Good luck!
The first stretch with the club and the internal rotation stretch felt both really good and lowkey painful--but I felt the effected area being mobilized. I played around with head position and that really changed the effectiveness.
Really like the shoulder stuff. A lot of us "older people" have injuries, especially to the cuff. Are there any exercises that can help people like me that have full thickness tears with retraction of the cuff AND long bicep tendons? Both shoulders in my case.
Hi sir I am from India ..I unable to fix my knee pain ..there is no swelling and there is only pain while walking ..suggest some exercise for that condition...
is it a sharp pain when you leg moves or is it dull aching, first pain is because you're ligaments are worn down, second is because you might have something going on with your bones
I'm a 45 year old disabled man, been living a very active life in my wheelchair. After all that time my shoulders are killing me, I wake up at least 5x every night where my shoulders hurt. I'll def try this, as far as I can do them in my chair.
As ever, excellent top tips and advice. After a mountain bike crash my right shoulder was pushed an inch or two lower than my left so these will help keep it as mobile as possible.

I forced myself to be flexible back in high school to pass the shoulder test, want to get that flexibility back
Doorway stretch 7:34
Damn, I did the last ones in the doorway and really felt it. But my shoulders felt better afterwards.

my shoulders move a little too freely, that’s the problem 😅🫣
My hubby is super flexible also. PT told him before that can be worse if you don't have the strength to back it up.
