Dear Leslie and team, I would like to thank you for the classes you make available on your RUclips channel, as they helped me not to go crazy and not to get depressed during the pandemic, especially during the 2020 lockdown. I've been following your channel for over 2 years. I'm Brazilian and I've lived in Portugal for almost 6 years, so you can imagine what it was like to experience all this practically alone, away from family and dearest friends. It wasn't easy and your cheerful classes helped me a lot. I chose this particular video to make these comments, because I noticed that in it there is a lady who must be around 65 years old and she is cute. Sometimes I did static bicycle between... Now I only do it once and 4 km bicycle to keep my weight as it is... It worked for me! I hope you'll have a wonderful year to come!

It worked for me and I didn't do any diet I was eating as before but nothing after 20:00 and no sweets and bread. I didn't see results from first week. I have walked with this lady for around 6 months and I absolutely love it. I was in a wheelchair for a year and had to loose weight to get my fourth replacement surgery done, I have osteoarthritis and osteoporosis diagnosed at 26 and I’m now 68 . I have had my fourth replacement surgery done three days before Christmas 2018 , I a started WW in March 2018 . I lost four and a half stone to get my fourth replacement surgery done. I have now lost seven stone eleven pounds and at my goal for a year. Love being able to workout with you Leslie . I’m now awaiting my fifth replacement surgery done but I carry on my workouts!

I have to say working out every day for 3 weeks and have lost 13 lbs and feeling great. Reduce my calorie intake and about 4 to 5 bottles of water. I love it, thank you.

Walking works! CrossFit and other extreme workouts don't exactly cater to the young at heart, but walking is easy on the joints, yet provides an excellent workout for the entire body. Leslie cares about people and helping them reach their goals. I love her and her beautiful walking cast! Keep up the good work! You're awesome!.😃👍❤️

TODAY is day 2 of my challenge to walk 1 mile for 10 days. I am loving the class and I wished I could get more friends and family on board with this home walking workout. In only my third class, I am definitely finding the benefits of doing these 15 minute sessions as I am moving my arms and of course walking each step, either in time or out of time with Leslie. I only wished I discovered this series of videos earlier as I was a total couch potato over the winter and now it is summer, I am loving the idea that on really hot days (like today it is 36C), I can still walk but I don't have the sun and the heat beating down on me, instead I am doing it in the comfort of being in a cool room. I am definitely working my legs and my arms as I find that my legs are burning within 5 minutes and I am just hanging on to get through the 15 minutes, and when the 15 minutes is up, I am left thinking that it didn't feel as though it was a 15 minute walk. It was also great to watch the video and see Barb in the back, doing the workout but to her own pace. Every exercise programme I have watched always featured aerobic instructors and watching this video with people on different fitness levels is a great incentive to stay with the programme because at times you do get tired and you feel like a failure if you don't keep up or continue with the routine, but with this one, at least you are encouraged to keep walking and keep moving even if you are sore or you are puffed. Thank you Leslie for having people in your class who represent a great cross section of people who go to the aerobic classes because not everyone has stamina to work out for 15 minutes.

I did Leslie’s walking tapes years ago and loved the results. It definitely whittled my waist and saddlebags. Life and Covid has happened since then. I’m now 71 and want to get back into the routine. She is so energetic. I started walking with her but I was doubtful. But the very first day after workout my headache got cured. And I found myself happier, stronger person. This as being helping me from day 1.I started 3 days ago and it is unbelievable.I am sleeping like a baby and getting energy back in my body. I am feeling great in just 3 days Plus I do 2 miles.
It been one week already since I start walking with leslie. I did 8 miles every day. And I cut the sugar in my coffee completely. Taste awful but what can we do. Also I cut a lots of carbs and sweet. But guess what it pays off. I lost 10 pounds in a week. Next week I will be doing 5 miles a day. Promise I will let you know about any progress thanks a lot my hero love you leslie.

Yes. I have a bad knee and usually walking hurts my knee but walking with Leslie I can get through it without pain but definite sweat. 💯

She is so energetic. I started walking with her but I was doubtful. But the very first day after workout my headache got cured. And I found myself happier, stronger person. I like her class very much. She is continuously motivating her trainees. This is day 2 and I am feeling good. I don't know whether this will reduce belly fat or not in the long run. Anybody answer?

I love your videos and follow them everyday.I always wanted to reduce my weight and get to my previous shape for that I have been going to gym from last year and from past 14 years I have been going for morning walks which helped me maintain but believe me during lockdown I missed this all and then one my friends suggested this.This really really works ..I love it and follow the instructions very carefully..Thank you Leslie for giving me that confidence back..I feel blessed.Lots of love from India

It been one week already since I start walking with leslie. I did 8 miles every day. And I cut the sugar in my coffee completely. Taste awful but what can we do. Also I cut a lots of carbs and sweet. But guess what it pays off. I lost 10 pounds in a week. Next week I will be doing 5 miles a day. Promise I will let you know about any progress thanks a lot my hero love you leslie.
