I recently listed my very first combo listing, offering four different shirt types, and boy, without this tutorial, I'd probably still be struggling! It saved me heaps of time and, most importantly, a ton of frustration. It made my life as an Etsy newbie seller so much easier. Thank you so much!
Love the video❤️ I just started my print-on-demand journey and found Crafted Threads. They have a ton of designs and it saved me so much time. They have something in every niche. And lifetime updates too!!
Great instruction. This is exactly what I wasted several hours yesterday on - trying to figure out how to set up multiples! You are a great teacher. Thank you so much.
I was literally losing sleep about how a customer can add quantities to different variations so that they can order more than one product at a time for a "group/combo" listing. I have watched video after video thinking I was missing something..and FINALLY my question has been answered. I APPRECIATE YOU, THANK YOU!! 🙃😀
Finally all my questions answered! 😮💨😮💨 I’ve seen so many channels, and this one was the only one straight to the point and without leaving out the important details. Thanks!!!
I have been looking for this forever Thank you so much. It had everything I needed. I will be going through all your videos later tonight. I also had no idea about making draft listing which will save so much time. Life saver. You have a new subscriber
Great tutorial, and it is very easy to understand. I dont understand why so many people do this other than to add a baby onesie to get a low price in search. This is so much work, I could list 20 individual products before doing allmof that. Im suprised etsy allows it since it is bad fornthe algorithym since its still listed in one category, and it is taking away listing fees from making each product it own listing.
Super helpful, dude! This is a new endeavor for me, and I was really worried about flooding my storefront with multiple similar looking listings because I'm really focusing on evergreen designs rather than the trendy ones. Thank you!
@@PODinsights Thank you sooooo much for the updated video. This helped alot. Do you have a video for setting up a shipping profile? I would like to add free shipping to mine. Especially when it comes to bulk orders.
Thank you so much for this practical and helpful tutorial. I'm so glad to have found yours after going through a number of fluff tutorials from other channels. Keep up the good work!
Thank you so so much for this tutorial! You are the only person i've found that had a great and complete step by step tutorial out there! Going to go back and binge some of your other videos. 😁
Always grand. I'm new to this but not Etsy and I have to come back OFTEN to keep my listing organized. I've had to start somewhat over a few times. I did not take heed to a few colors and sizes. Thank you greatly for great information.
thank you so much! This is so helpful. Do you have a separate video on shipping prices etc for combo listings? You mentioned it in this video, but my brain is still super confused on it.
Excellent video, I have a recommendation though: once you start the variations part you need to enter *all* of your SKUs. If you try and save draft before entering all the SKUs etsy will repeat the last SKU for all the remaining entries (stupid thing). Instead, first do your t-shirts and save. Then do your sweatshirts and save. Then do your hoodies and save. That way you can enter them in 3 sessions instead of one.
This video was awesome ! I watched some other videos and they were so confusing. They were talking about pulldown menus and you had to do all kinds of things that i dont see on my tablet version. I was so frustrated with the whole thing...I do 99% of my listing snd designing on my tablet and things dont always look the same as a desktop/laptop but i kinda followed along and am confident I can do this now. Thank you so much. ❤
Thank you so much for this? I was on the struggle bus to figure it out and you made it so simple. Getting ready to finish my t-shirt / sweatshirt listing.
Very smooth video to understand variation. Kindly suggest all these variations applicable to men and women or a particular gender. How will the customer and Pod company differentiate by seeing only sizes and colors? Thanks.
This was great! I could never figure it out before. One question if you still see comments: what do you do about out of stock SKUs? I just created a listing and some variations were OOS; how do I keep on top of colors/sizes going in and out of stock when I've entered the info manually? My usual setting is for Printify to indicate they're OOS so no one orders one accidentally.
I am a new subscriber and I wanted to express my gratitude to you. Your video tutorial was amazing and easy to follow. You took your time and didn't skip any steps, which made it easier for me to understand. I had a hard time posting multiple orders and have been stuck for three days. The few print-on-demand RUclipsrs I watched before went through things so quickly that I kept missing important steps. But thanks to you, I finally got it done correctly. Keep up the great work! I'm now off to binge-watch all of your videos!😎😆
Good video. I'd like to see a video discussing pricing in general. I'm seeing a lot of shops with a shirt listing that will be priced at a low price, let's say 10 bucks, and then you click on the listing and within the dropdown there's one item, for example a onesie, that's priced at that amount but everything else is priced what you'd expect it to be and then they tack on shipping and the design itself is not something you'd put on a onesie. Is this a better strategy than a listing that doesn't have an item priced low like the onesie? Curious if you can do a comparison.
How to manage when you combine different listings from different providers and shipping? For example, if the shipping costs are almost the same, do you choose any shipping profile of the two? Thank you~
omg life saving video! Can I go back to my old listings and do this process? Can you make a video for that? Also, most of my designs have differenet font color for Black and white t-shirt, would that be a problem if I add them in the same listing?
Thanks for this! When adding the option to personalize, I believe you have to have a blank SKU. Is there a way around this so the items still link to Printify?
Hi, as others have said, thank you so much this is worth it's weight in GOLD. I don't think it would be possible to work this out without your video. It's crazy difficult. I do have one question: for context I would like to offer more than two colours. Perhaps though, not all the time. I am wondering if, let's say if I was to just offer black and white, if for a particular listing i want to add two or three other colours, is that possible and if so how would I do that? Otherwise I will be in entering 144 variations each time!! Not fun. Thanks a lot for your help so far and any further advice you can give. Can't express how much I appreciate your work.
Glad it was helpful! When you create the color variations, you can add as many as you need to for each listing. If you copy an existing listing to create a new one, you can still go into the variations and add new or delete color options. You can also disable specific color/product combinations within the listing without actually deleting them if you'd rather do that. For example, if you create all the combination listings with black/white/grey/blue, and then you want one to just be black & white only but you don't want to go in and delete the other color variations, in the listing editor view on Etsy to the right side of each variation there is a toggle button to disable/hide them. You can simply hide the ones you don't want to offer without deleting them from the listing if that is quicker for you.
Thanks for your awesome videos! I have a question that I can't seem to find an answer yet! How do you setup a Etsy listing that contains 3 items? Example, I want to sell a Set of 3 art prints that is printed by Printify. There will be 3 separate products on printify but I want them to all come as one with only variation for a customer to chose their size (same size for 3 posters). Would have loved to see a video made on that, as couldn't find anyone yet covering this actually! Thanks a lot!
Very helpful. Following along and even now (2/2024) the screens are different from what you are showing. Working through it. Why do they change screens around so much?!
Wow very well explained step by step, what doubts do I have if I can add in the same list sizes of children and adults ? Or is it independent I want to do something for Cristmas but of all sizes how do I do?
Thanks heavily for providing this tutorial to create my very first group listing. I use most of my mockups from Etsy or PlaceIt. Do you have any other suggestions for a wide variety?
this is the best video on this, I watched so many others and I was still confused. Thank you for clearly describing how to do this!

TY!!! AWESOME
Great tutorial, thanks. One question, do the SKUs sync between Etsy and Printify because of selecting Printify as a production partner?
Actually the SKU numbers have moved a bit and now they have a handy "copy to clipboard" button which is awesome
