Well that isn't hard, considering that other regenerations other than 11's either had no music or the music was just meh. I really liked 11's regeneration music, but I would agree that this is better. However as a whole I think that 11 to 12's regeneration scene is more emotional and well done.

The one thing the 10th Doctor knew and was burden by was the everbearing fact that no matter how much he tried he was always alone in his times of need. The Ood was probably the only one who ever acknowledged the fact and understood him. I believe that is what he needed.
The one line that gets me and forever will is the one where they say you are not alone. That for me makes me value the Ood in every way. But you are welcome and I hope one day I can look at this and not cry D:

I haven't watched doctor who in about a year and this brought tears to my eyes now that I'm remembering how incredible the show is and what Tennant brought to it. Especially since it's the season I grew up watching.
Pure music. Judging by the fact that they made an actual Latin song for the tenth, it confirms that he really was a valued doctor. Definitely my favorite doctor, this music just makes his regeneration even more saddening... Well, anyways, this video was quality-filled! Thanks mdragon1801 for the epic and awesome video! Tenths regeneration was the most sad and unfair because if you do the maths you'll see that he lived way less than his other regenerations. He lived only 6 years ,regenerated at 900 and died at 906.
I want this played as I am dying. Not at my funeral, but as I begin to shut my eyes to this world and everyone on it and allow this beautiful piece of music lead me to wherever it is we go when we die.

This is, without question, one of the most powerful pieces of music that I think has yet graced Doctor Who. I can't tell you how much this chokes me up - particularly with the translation. There is a line, in day of the Doctor, spoken by Tom Baker - and he says something along the lines of 'revisiting old faces' - I wonder if that means a previous Doctor will be returning at some point? It's been driving me crazy wondering what he meant. I'd love it to be Ten.
So, I think the time that the tenth doctor got to enjoy his “life” was about 6-7 years. Unremarkably short by comparison to any other doctor’s lifespan before regeneration. He wasn’t kidding when he said, “I could do so much more!” He barely got the chance to live his life.

Now knowing the meaning off the lyrics in English makes the scene more emotional than it already was.
