Brilliant clip Stuart.
thanks Stuart.this discussion on the shields/grieve lesson swing reinforces my thought that I have to turn my body toward the target, weather a short chip or a longer pitch/full swing.
on down the line view of short shots, do you have a video on club head staying slightly outside the target line to promote a more proper downwind to impact?
thanks
John
just rehearse bringing the club down to where you ideally want to see it half way down, don't try and turn your body just lower the arms and club down, you will turn when you hit the ball. Do 3 lowering rehearsals from top of swing to half way down then hit a ball, thanks
Roger Cleveland and Pete Cowen promote the same release style and using the bounce in their wedge instruction. Their videos support what's being said here.
I like watching Pete Cowen.
Hmmm. I’m thinking that some people don’t recognise good advice when they see it.
