Can you put also thea leaves in the basket? I love you,re video. I don,t have this last version of the ninja coffee. I have the first ninja coffee machine
I had hibiscus tea leaves and this maker so I thought I would see if there was a youtube video for it, shocked that there was an exact video for it, thank you!
Nice video :) One suggestion... If a tea is two different types (like yours is green and herbal) always brew on the setting for the lowest brew time... so since green tea is more delicate, you should brew on the green tea setting... that way, it doesn't cause any bitterness from a higher heating. If it was just herbal, then you go for the herbal button. I have this tea that is both herbal and white... but I know that white is much more delicate, so I brew at that setting. :) I hope what I've written makes sense... lol My tips will ensure a really tasty alternative from brewing the less delicate feature. :)
I have this model. I have a question about the herbal tea setting (which is the only type of tea I make). There is a progress bar that shows five bars to complete the brew cycle. I noticed that water starts dripping out into the cup right away on the first bar and doesn’t stop until about the second bar of progress. At that point, my cup is completely full and no more water comes out for the last three bars of the cycle. I feel like it only brews the tea for about a minute or so which is not enough. This is not a problem when you are putting a teabag into your cup and just getting hot water, but when you put the teabag or the loose tea leaves in the ninja reservoir, I feel like the tea is a little weak because it is not brewing long enough. Do you have the same experience or do you think my machine is faulty?
The directions say not to brew with ice in the glass carafe but all the videos ive seen show putting ice in the glass carafe for the cold brew and over ice options
@@soggyfries4347 So our schedule is Over Iced organic coffee with cream and stevia for breakfast, we leave the machine to brew for 6:30 am before we wake up. Then we have a full pitcher or 2 of unsweetened green tea throughout the rest of the day. We also double brew each pitcher on the cold brew.
Hi, great video. I bought this 2 years ago, and my glass pitcher broke a short time after. It was my fault, it fell on the floor and broke into pieces. The other day I replaced it with the stainless steel pitcher. I noticed you didn't have your lid on when brewing this beautiful. Does it have to be off? I'm going to the store today to get the STASH tea. More videos of this machine is welcomed. Thanks
I dont think the lid has to be off to brew, we just keep it off out of habit since it doesn't seem like its needed. We will have lots more videos on the Ninja for sure. We love it so much and use it daily. Our routine right now is over ice coffee when we wake up, then cold brew tea through out the day. 🙏🏼🙌🏼
I have this system and have brewed a similar herbal tea but it really needs a bit of a sweetener.. do you ever sweeten your cold brews? If so.. how?? The sugar doesn't dissolve since it's cold

Getting one!
I can't drink coffee but enjoy tea.. talk about a great way to cut down on plastic
Its amazing, it does so many different teas. My wife is obsessed with it lol.
Have you run into any issues with it leaking? I want to buy one but some reviews say it leaks. Thanks for any info!
We have not. Use it every day. Made a bunch of tea with it today, mostly cold brew teas.
If you do a full carafe and it’s full of ice it won’t overflow?
No, it takes that into consideration. It actually only makes like 30% of the carafe and considers the ice that it is meant to pour over.
@@justaddmusclecom thanks! About to go pick this up from target and return my Braun one 😃

Have you tried hot cocoa with it?
@@aliciannaw.9915 I have not yet but I am sure it could be easily done.
Where did you buy that tea from?
But I thought you didn’t have to put ice in the craft?

Sometimes we just put stevia in the pot and add a little hot water before starting the brew cycle on some recipes
@@justaddmusclecom that's a great idea thank you! I'll definitely do that next time. Thanks for your response!
You are Welcome, any time.
Simple syrup. Easy to do look it up
I myself prefer a sweet tea how would I put sugar in here? would I put it in the carafe for would I use liquid o great syrup? I love your video.
Usually I melt the sugar first with hot water in the carafe. Thanks for stopping by. 😊
Nice one! I've actually never seen that machine before, not sure if we have it in Australia..
I love herbal tea 🌄🧡
The Ocean Afsari Its so good and makes so many different drinks. The cold brewed coffee is amazing too and it makes it in 10 minutes not 24 hours.
🤩🤩
"Cold brews from 95 to 129 degrees".... hmmmm, makes me wonder how this compares to true cold brew, done in the fridge usually for a day or so.
