I am recovering from a rotator cuff injury and been avoiding yoga last few months as it recovers. This is the best flow i have found so far since starting up again that has a 'hands free' focus. More of this would be great as trying to avoid things with too much pressure on the shoulder till its healed.

Hi Sarah Beth, over the past 2 years, I’ve had 2 wrist surgeries and I’m unable to balance on my wrist. This particular video has been helping me for a month now. Can you please do a 30day handsfree yoga/ yoga for sore wrist and hands or still a playlist for all your handsfree and wrist stretch videos

SarahBeth, after getting into 40 minutes of yoga every morning for years I injured my wrist and haven't been in yoga flow for the last couple of years, not finding a video until now that I could manage all the way through or one I really enjoyed since the choice for hand free yoga is so much more limited (though growing all the time nowadays I am pleased to see).
Love this sequence and the energy it brings! Longest yoga session in a long time and looking forward to trying the 30 min one tomorrow. Thank you!

  • @juliewhiteside2497

Great practice, easy to modify further if you need to. The length and flow gives you enough of a workout and the breath instructions bring calm to a ‘monkey’ mind. I commented previously on how lovely this practice is but during a post surgery recovery this little gem has been invaluable. Especially the little reminders on form, they help bring a different dimension and a different feel to if you are just going through the motions. It’s easy to lose focus in our busy lives but believe me,if you truly bring the breath in this practice you will notice even more benefit. Thankyou again
