You present so comfortably and at home with a wrist-free class, smoothly modifying the Vinyasa flow to be less stressful everywhere. I've had to switch to practices that don't use the wrist as support lately, finally facing the fact I cannot, and never have been able to, put that much pressure on my wrists. I miss my high planks and side planks, so thank you for this. Thank you so much.

You are so welcome Brenda. I'm so glad you found this class...it's a great way to modify for those who cannot put pressure on their wrists. I'm sorry that your wrists bother you, but I'm so happy that you found some modifications that work for you! xoxo

Wow these yoga sessions are great!! I mean, I am so surprised, I have been pretty active since my college days, tried almost all workouts aerobic, gym, cardio kickboxing, I have been usually active and fit. But I don't understand how yoga is so good, I have never felt this healthy and peaceful before. Thanks a lot for sessions!!!

I have injured my wrist during the Olympic weightlifting training 2 years ago and being unable to put too much pressure on my wrist I was pretty much upset and depressed as till then yoga was a part of me, so thank you for bringing it back and for uplifting my heavy soul! If possible bring more of wrist less yoga to life also more advanced poses! Namaste❤️

I'm so sorry that you have chronic wrist pain...I'm glad you found this video. I had a student who severely sprained her wrists falling off of a ladder right before she began a 6-month every other weekend yoga teacher training with me. She couldn't put any pressure on her wrists at all and this is how she modified her practice. Her abs and shoulders got really strong! :-)

Ok this was really helpful, I have some carpal tunnel in my right wrist that flares up every now and then, likely the result of my fantastic technology career - or too many side planks - I can never tell. At any rate, I really like the flow from plank to sphinx to dolphin pose, a great alternative.

Problem here is the voice instructions come after the visuals. So if you're following the voice and look up to see how it is done, it's already past. Voice should slightly precede the visual. With that said, the no-wrist variations are good and can be used in other yoga sessions.

With a wrist injury it’s quite hard to meet the palms behind your back. It feels like this practice is to someone who is farther in the recovery. Also getting fast into that dw dogcvariation is more difficult if the wrist is tender, even when the pose itself is okay if the injury is allowing that.
